Excellent holiday home

A lovely house, very clean and tidy with a modern interior. The garden shown in the picture is smaller than it looks as you only rent the back half of the house but there is a great outdoor decking space for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sven was very helpful showing us around the house when we arrived. We were lucky with a week of hot weather so the local lake beach and outdoor pool were perfect.

First of all: the photos don't do justice to the amazing house! Everything you need is there: a spacious bedroom with ample closetspace on the ground floor, a cosy living with high ceiling. This give the space a very pleasant light. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large refrigerator with small built-in freezer (ideal for icecream for the hotter days), an electric stove and oven as well as a combi-microwave. Different utensils, plates, bowl (both plastic as ceramic), pans.. all you need is are the groceries! There is a door from the living to the terrace/garden: a really nice place to relax. Even the kids found enough to do. There is a higher, grassy area where you can enjoy the sun. The terrace is partially shaded making it an ideal place to enjoy cosy meals and a boardgame or two!. Upstairs there is another spacious bedroom with closet and the luxurious bathroom with corner whirlpool batch, washbasin in cupboard with lots of storage space, a seperate shower as well as the second toilet. On the landing you will find the washer/dryer (which we found ideal) as well as an option to turn the couch in an additional bed. You have your own parking from where you reach (after a few steps down) the front door. The property was very clean and the hosts are extremely friendly! I forgot to mention the sauna and hottub outside! Such a nice addition. This has been an amazing holiday, there is so much to see and do in the area and Göttsburen itself is a quaint little town.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Ferienhaus, dieses Mal um von Hann.Münden in zwei Etappen nach Bad Karlshafen zu paddeln. Luxeriöser Aufenthalt anstelle Zelten. Es war alles in Ordung und die Vermieter freundlich bemüht. Gerne wieder.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Mit Angeboten in der Unterkunft, wie z. B. Whirlpool, außen Sauna und Hot Tube.Ruhig gelegen, Spaziergänge in der Natur, oder durch malerische Orte möglich Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, leider gibt es nur 2 separate Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafsofa zum ausziehen.Die Sauna und der Hot Tube sind sehr schön.Sonst ist alles was man sich wünsch vorhanden.

Familienausflug

Alles hat super geklappt, das Haus ist wunderschön und die Gegend lädt zum spazieren und wandern ein. Uns hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat, hatten wir eine super Zeit und konnten den Hot Tube und die Sauna in vollen Zügen genießen. Vielen Dank fur die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier mit 6 Freunden ein langes Wochenende zum Verweilen und Wandern genutzt.Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind spitze, wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Sauna und der Hot Tube waren unser Highlight. Sven war sehr nett und ein Bettwäschen Problem konnte problemlos geklärt werden. Wir alle waren uns einig, bestes Haus was wie bisher gebucht haben!Einige wollen wohl wieder kommen, das spricht wohl für sich ;).

alles was perfect. van het boeken, het contact met de eigenaar, het inchecken/uitchecken, aanwezige spullen, vooraf gereserveerde benodigheden voor de hottub. we moesten wel op pad met de auto. in de buurt zelf is niets te doen. wij vonden dit geen probleem.

Leider nur zwei statt drei Schlafzimmer

Insgesamt ein schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Bequeme Betten. Missverständlich waren die drei inserierten Schlafzimmer: mit einem ist eine auf einer offenen Galerie befindliche Schlafcouch gemeint. Für Familien vielleicht weniger relevant, für drei Paare etwas misslich. Aufpreis für die Nutzung des Hot Tubs. Sauna auf der Terrasse ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und betriebsbereit. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr sauber und hochwertig, voll ausgestattet, hatte aber entgegen der Beschreibung nur 2 statt 3 Schlafzimmer. Es befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch im oberen Flur, aber der teilt Schall und Licht des Wohnzimmers. Dass man das Badefass (Hot-Tub) vorher anmelden muss und dass es extra kostet, könnte man in der Beschreibung auch noch transparent machen. Der Aufpreis von 70 € (Holz und Wasser für Badefass und Kaminholz) war aber fair, zumal Sauna und Whirlpool kostenlos zur Verfügung standen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es war kontaktloser Check-in und Check-out möglich. Er gab uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung und ermöglichte eine spätere Abreise. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Dorf Gottsbüren hat zwar nicht viel zu bieten (außer einen Spielplatz und bei uns ein Osterfeuer auf dem Sportplatz), aber man kann in wenigen Minuten mit dem PKW einkaufen bzw. in ca. 30 Minuten nach Kassel, Göttingen oder Höxter fahren. Auf jeden Fall hat man aber saubere Landluft und absolute Ruhe in der Nacht. Jeder Raum verfügt über Fliegengitter. Insgesamt können wir das Objekt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
