Juste de passage pour une nuit. HĂ©bergement confortable, propre et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. AgrĂ©able avec ses vieilles pierres et une piĂšce a vivre/cuisine assez vaste pour 4 adultes et un bĂ©bĂ© qui explore son environnement, avec tout l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire (1 ou 2 mugs supplĂ©mentaires auraient Ă©tĂ© un plus mais c 'est un dĂ©tail). un propriĂ©taire trĂšs disponible qui rĂ©pond aux demandes sans dĂ©lai. un logement au calme et la possibilitĂ© de se garer n'importe oĂč dans la rue ou parkings sans frais (contrairement Ă  Riquewirh oĂč tout est mis en place pour vous verbaliser si vous ĂȘtes nĂ©gligeant et inattentif durant qq minutes...) A proximitĂ© de la boulangerie, pratique. une bonne adresse

Week end en Alsace

Un logement sans chauffage le 12 octobre, sans avoir Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu ( je n'aurais pas rĂ©servĂ© si j'avais su...) c'est difficile a acceptĂ©. Seulement nous Ă©tions avec deux enfants, nous avons pu arriver Ă  17h, donc nous n'avions pas d'autre solution que de rester.Il ne faisait pas 15 degrĂ© dans l'appartement. Le propriĂ©taire nous a prĂȘtĂ© deux mini convecteurs Ă©lectriques que nous avons laissĂ© souffler toute la nuit. Diner en anorak n'est pas des plus agrĂ©able... La vĂ©rification de la vaisselle devrait ĂȘtre faĂźte rĂ©guliĂšrement : 3 bols pour 4 dont un sale, 3 verres dont un cassĂ©, et plusieurs articles pas trĂšs propres. L'Ă©ponge et la microfibre de la cuisine sont sales et sentent mauvais. la VMC de la salle de bain fait un boucan d'enfer. Le robinet n'a pas de pression d'eau chaude. Les serviettes qu'il a fallu rĂ©clamer Ă  18h30 puent le linge humide. Impossible de faire fonctionner la tĂ©lĂ© et la grande planque induction. Pas de savon ni Ă  la salle de bain ni aux toilettes. Les portes ne ferment pas... ça fait beaucoup de choses. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus parce qu'on pensait passer un moment agrĂ©able avec nos petits enfants et nous n'avons jamais Ă©tĂ© aussi critiques avec un logement que nous louons. Ce qui qui est vraiment dommage c'est que le logement est bien placĂ©, calme, restaurĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t... Tant pis !

Haben die wohnung nicht bezogen. Dreckiger Herd, HandtĂŒcher mit Stockflecken und vermieter nicht kompromisbereit.
