This holiday home is located in a residential area and is located in the small town of Billigheim-Ingenheim in the southern Palatinate on a village street. The place has everything what man or woman needs. There are shops, hairdressers, doctors, restaurants, an outdoor pool and a bus connection. It is eight to the next city and six kilometers to the Palatinate Forest. The vineyards start behind the house and there are numerous winemakers with good wine.

The approx. 90 m² large and romantic half-timbered holiday home was built in 1840 and completely renovated in 2014. It is equipped with every comfort and can accommodate up to four people.
In addition to a modern kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee and Nespresso machine and a dining table with seating for up to four people, you will find two comfortable sofas in the living room , a chair, a coffee table, a satellite TV with DVD player, a stereo with CD, and a fireplace (firewood is available). A staircase leads from the living room to a gallery, where there is a double bed, a wardrobe, and an armchair. To avoid misunderstandings: the gallery must be crossed to get into the bathroom and the back bedroom - no problem with your own children, sometimes with friends or acquaintances. From here you reach through a hallway the bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m width) and a satellite TV. The features of the modern bathroom include a shower, a toilet, a double vanity, and a hair dryer. Board games for all ages can be found in the house. A heating, as well as free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the house. A selection of different wines from different winemakers, as well as menu extracts of the surrounding restaurants and cycling and hiking maps are available.

In the courtyard you will find a patio with a garden table with four chairs, loungers and a charcoal grill. Enjoy, for example, a cozy and shared barbecue. You can rent two bicycles for a daily fee to explore the area on your own. Your car can be parked in the yard or on the street free of charge.

Over the years, the roof has been insulated, new windows and pellet heating installed. In 2000, the outbuildings were added, which were rented out to a residential building by 2014 after conversion. At the beginning of 2014 the house was completely renovated, new floors, a new bathroom and a new kitchenette were installed. At the same time the rear house was rebuilt and expanded. Since October 2014, their former holiday home is now available as a holiday home and they now live in the back. The landlord will be happy to give you tips on excursions, hikes and bike rides and will be happy to accompany you on a hike or to a wine tasting.

Around the house you can expect a beautiful scenery, vineyards or better said, hills as far as the eye can see. The Palatine Forest invites to short and long hikes, the Palatinate Forest huts provide you in the middle of the forest with food and drinks. If you prefer to go swimming, there is an outdoor swimming pool in the village, bathing lakes are not far away and a thermal bath with sauna can be reached within eight kilometers. Also on Sundays and public holidays the "shoe mile" awaits you with about thirty shoe stores. Museums, old castles Ruins are waiting for your visit. But even for small tourists is certainly an interesting destination such as the zoo or the repitilium. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, a supermarket is one kilometer away and nightlife bars and clubs are eight kilometers away.
