This attractive semi-detached house is located in a quiet part of Crikvenica and its comfort, good equipment and panoramic sea view make it an ideal choice for a pleasant family vacation. The house consists of two units with external connection. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and covered terrace facing the sea. An external staircase leads to the unit on the second floor with the same layout as the first floor. The cottage is well suited for two friendly families who want to vacation together. On the fenced property there is a nice pool and a barbecue. Active vacationers are offered various sports opportunities in the region of Vinodol, such as tennis, badminton, beach volleyball, diving, sailing and bike trails. Take romantic walks along the waterfront and enjoy the local dishes offered in the restaurants.
