Amazing home in Grizane
This comfortable holiday home is located in the hinterland of Crikvenica, in the small village of Softii and near Griana. It is simply and functionally furnished and extends over two floors, which are connected by internal stairs. The ground floor and the first floor each have a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Although the holiday home is close to the road, the fenced garden is at the rear of the building and therefore offers sufficient privacy. The Mediterranean plants, the shady fig tree, the barbecue area and the terrace, where you can spend many pleasant hours outdoors, create a charming ambience. The popular coastal town of Crikvenica with its beautiful beaches and many bars and restaurants is just a few minutes' drive away.

Der Garten ist einfach toll.
Der Garten ist einfach toll. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt, bis man aufsteht ist alles wieder sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und bemüht alles zur Zufriedenheit zu erledigen.
