It has 2 bedrooms (1 King bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds in guest room), 2 bathrooms (both have shower/tub), living room(2 leather recliners and couch), fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, porch, deck, and plenty of parking for a boat trailer. Roku and Dish satellite is provided in the living room and master bedroom. This house is also located 1/2 a mile away from Elk River Public Boat Ramp, 1 mile away from Anderson Creek Boat Ramp where you can fish from the bank, and 4 miles away from Joe Wheeler State Park. This park boasts a beautiful 18 hole golf course, multiple hiking trails, marina where pontoon boats can be rented, public beach, public boat ramp, and restaurant that offers a seafood buffet on certain days. Lucy’s Branch Marina is located 5 miles away. Here you can rent boats, order food, and find a nice cool drink while on the barge over looking the Tennessee River. Downtown Rogersville has many quaint shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. All linens are provided and the laundry room contains a full size washer and dryer.This house is very clean! It’s the perfect place to rest, relax, and enjoy life.
