A 20 minute drive to the Domain which offers shopping with a wide variety of restaurants, and Downtown where the famous lady bird lake runs through offering kayak, canoe, etc. 15 minutes from the Kalahari resort the largest indoor waterpark of America, and only 5 minutes from the Typhoon Texas waterpark. This spacious and beautiful home is great for singles or families, including a private movie room and bathroom upstairs.
