It comprises an attractive 11 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a relaxation area, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a small terrace. - A 5 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather

The house is ideally located in Douvres-la-Délivrande, 500 m from the center, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...
