Nestled in the northeast of the Lot department, between the Causse and the first peaks of the Massif Central. You will discover in the village of Sénaillac-Latronquière, the ideal cottage to spend unforgettable holidays with your children in a calm and pleasant setting! Close to Tolerme Lake, you will appreciate the many activities on offer... Ségala is a land of traditions that has many surprises in store for you. Gîte of 98m² with a beautiful living room and a kitchen area giving access to the terrace. On the same level, laundry area and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1.60m, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90m and 3rd bedroom with 1 single bed 0.90m, bathroom and separate toilet . Gas central heating. Outside, open ground with terrace, car park, table tennis and volleyball court shared with other gites. Access to the lake on foot and free for tenants.
