You will appreciate the calm, the sun and the nature, the ideal place to recharge your batteries! Near the gîte, come and walk to the Salmière spring to fish or to eat. Privileged situation to discover the places impossible to circumvent such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Carennac, Autoire but also the valley of the Dordogne and Alzou!House accessible by a few steps. Covered terrace of 23 m² with garden furniture and electric barbecue, living room with inglenook (not functional), sofa, television, table and chairs, equipped and integrated kitchen corner with direct access to a small terrace of 7 m², 3 bedrooms (1 bed in 130, 2 beds in 90, 1 bed in 160, 1 baby bed), shower room with a large shower, washbasin, washing machine and dryer, independent toilet with washbasin Oil-fired heating. Mosquito net on all windows. Covered hangar for 2 cars. 2000 m² of enclosed land. Animals accepted on request to the owners only.
