Between Saint Céré and Figeac, you will discover Haut-Ségala and especially the Tolerme lake site. The ideal place to spend your holidays with your feet in the water! The cottage is located in the heart of a green and preserved nature, you will appreciate the calm of the place, the surrounding landscapes and you will enjoy the superb view that you will have from your terrace or even from your living room on the lake. Fishing enthusiasts will also be delighted to discover the boat made available as well as fishing equipment and float-tubes for rent. On the ground floor, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), living-dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, with access to the terrace on the lake, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m) and shower room with wc . Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 1.40m beds, 2 0.90m beds), bathroom, separate toilet, relaxation area with library with access to the balcony overlooking the lake. Parking and ping pong shared with another gite, private boat available with life jackets and oars on unfenced land. Access to the lake on foot and free for tenants. The equipped beach and the nautical base is located 300m from the cottage accessible by a small footpath (supervised swimming in season). Shops 3kms from the cottage, in the town of Latronquière.
