From the entrance, the kitchen with its daring shades of black glitter and light wood sets the tone! the vast living-room with a warm atmosphere and the bedrooms, all personalized, will conquer you...the whole decorated with a lot of originality and equipped with antique and tastefully customized elements! without forgetting the top-of-the-range equipment for an optimal comfort and well-being...nothing has been forgotten to offer you an unforgettable stay. Only 3 kms from all the shops and services, in the centre of the department and therefore close to the unmissable tourist sites to visit, Le Balcon de Louise has an immediate appeal, where you feel good...a real "coup de coeur"!On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen with built-in units, laundry room, separate toilet; a dining area, living room and lounge area with large corner sofa and flat screen TV. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms with a bed 160, and a bedroom with 2 beds 90; all bedrooms have their own shower room + wc. Electrically operated roller shutters, reversible air conditioning, wifi. Outside, a beautiful terrace shaded by a wisteria in season, wooded grounds (with a planned swimming pool), parking.
