Nestled near some of Freeport’s most beautiful beaches—Surfside Beach, Quintana Beach, and Bryan Beach—you’re never far from sun, sand, and surf. For a family-friendly day out, visit the Freeport Splash Park or Sea Center Texas. Boating enthusiasts will love Freeport Marina, while the nearby Freeport Municipal Park and Rec Center provide additional recreation options.
You do need a car, but there is plenty of parking in the multi bay garage and also in the driveway. You can easily fit 3 cars in the garage, plus more in the driveway.
Important Information:
• Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, and the neighbors are all full-time residents. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM. Parties are not allowed, and all guests must be registered. A maximum of 12 guests, including children, is allowed.
• Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs under 20 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet is required, and pets must be crated when left unattended indoors. If an undeclared pet is discovered, an additional $75 fee will be charged.
• House Rules: No parties or smoking allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Security cameras are in use outdoors for your safety.
• Lift Information: There is a lift in the house that leads from the garage to the office. It is not operational, so please do not try to use it or turn it on.
• Trash Collection: Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please ensure the trash can is placed out by the curb no earlier than 7 PM the night before.
• Parking: Parking is allowed on hard surface parking areas only and must not block any driveway or sidewalk.
• Spin Bike: There is a spin bike on the ground floor. Please keep children away from it and follow the directions in the instruction manual if you choose to use it.

Please note that there's a $200/pet non-refundable pet fee, and they must be kept from being left outside or anywhere on the property unattended or overnight, as this is against the city ordinance. They can't be left inside unattended unless they are crated or kennel. You can keep your dog on a leash when they are outside, but please make sure to pick up after them. If you use the outdoor grill, please leave it in the same condition you found it in (please clean it after you have finished). There is a lift in the house that leads from the garage to the office.
