This fully furnished upscale FAMILY FRIENDLY condo with an amazing view of the QUIET POOL offers a spiral staircase that goes directly to your private patio, fountains and quiet pool. (As an option to using the elevator) The complex has a SECURITY GATE and COVERED GARAGE PARKING, 2 pools, (one with zero entry a waterfall and the GROGGY FROG Chickee hut), 2 large jacuzzies, outdoor grills, a Cybex Gym , along with game, media and social rooms.

Absolutely stunning condo! Exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need to have an amazing vacation! Mr. McDonald is an exceptional person who made sure we were happy from the beginning to end of our stay! Would rent from him every single time we visit Bonita Springs! The two pools and tiki bar also made our stay even more enjoyable!

We had a great stay at this condo in Bonita Village! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable throughout our trip.Our whole family—especially the kids—absolutely loved the pool area. The Groggy Frog bar by the pool was a fun bonus and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time without having to go far. The location is also a big plus, just about a 5-minute drive to the beach, which made getting back and forth really convenient.The owner was fantastic to work with—very attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I also enjoyed chatting with him during our stay, which added a nice personal touch to the experience.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

We had an amazing stay. We stayed for 5 nights in August with kids ranging from 5-13. The pools were amazing. The kids were thrilled to find pool and beach toys readily available.
