Cabin with Teton view nestled between Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone
This cozy cabin with Teton views is the perfect place for winter skiers, summer hikers, and fall hunters! This is a true log cabin built in 1986. It is not a fine home or resort, but it is clean and comfortable. Enjoy a two bedroom, two bathroom cabin with a wood burning stove, full kitchen, and spacious living room as your Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park, and Yellowstone National Park home base. It is 40 miles to the southern entrance of Yellowstone National Park and 12 miles to the northern entrance of Grand Teton National Park. Turpin Meadows guest ranch, three miles down the road, offers year round activities (snowmobiling, cross country skiing, horseback riding, mountain biking, etc) and nearby Togwotee Pass is the area's most popular snowmobiling destination. This cabin accommodates four in the two bedrooms with an additional sleeper couch in the living room. You will find a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, WIFI, well stocked games, and an inviting porch with rocking chairs waiting for you to enjoy beautiful Teton sunsets. In the summer and fall enjoy the hiking and biking trails out the back door and the Buffalo Fork River that flows through the backyard. Horseback riding, fly-fishing, and other summer activities are available within three miles of the cabin. In the winter months, enjoy world class skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain resort (35 miles in summer, 50 in winter due to seasonal road closures), snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and dogsledding. Hunters will love to call this cabin "home" in the fall. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for meal preparation, or enjoy nearby restaurants a few miles down the road. Whatever the season, enjoy your stay in the heart of the Tetons.

Spectacular location and cabin. The 7 mile drive in from the highway overlooking the changing aspens and valley were in itself amazing. Property had the warmth and charm of a well loved family spot. The view of the Grand Teton from the porch was a great way to end the day. Place was warm, clean, comfortable and perfect for 5 adults. Star gazing almost looked unreal it was so clear and bright. Highly recommend.
Loved the cabin. Well equipped and great location relative to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Would certainly stay here again.
The cabin was very cozy and clean. We really liked the remote location. very dark, quiet and excellent for star gazing. The location was great for us since we were going between Tetons, Jackson, and Yellowstone. We would definitely stay here again!
The cabin was a perfect fit for our trip, it was located in the middle of all three destinations we wanted to visit. The cabin was quiet, clean, and well kept. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with. Will definitely book this cabin again the next time we are in the area.
This property was nice but a little more rustic than I expected. Main living area is nice and compact with a good size table and comfy couches and chairs. The stairs to the loft were a little steep and made me nervous to go down. The bathrooms were also a little smaller than excepted and neither door stayed closed or locked. Overall, it was a nice cabin to come back to after exploring the parks.
This wonderful cabin was in a quiet & peaceful area with Teton views from the cozy porch. Our stay was so relaxing. We hated to leave. Thank you for sharing your beloved family cabin with us.
This cozy cabin had such a homey and old-timey feel - it was perfect for a quick getaway with some friends! We really leaned into the rustic vibe. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for letting us curl up and be cozy at your lovely family home!

Kitchen pots and pans need to be gone through, at least one pan should be thrown out. Food/oil in cabinets need to be gone through and throw out old stuff. There was no coffee but we called the manager and he brought coffee right over.Sheets in master bedroom had stains on them and toilet bowl downstairs had lots of rust stains and probably needs to be replaced. Both porches were awesome and we enjoyed sitting out there every night, having a fire pit would be extra special.
We enjoyed our stay at Little Moose Lodge. It is a rustic cabin. Check in/out was super easy. We had a small problem with the coffee machine & the machine was replaced quickly. We appreciated the quick response. We did have trouble finding light switches but managed. Overall a positive stay.
I can’t say enough about our stay at the Little Moose Lodge. Communication was incredible…including the instructions to enjoy every minute at the Tetons and not to worry about cleaning up too much! What a sweet sentiment. The cabin was so cozy and clean. We followed many recommendations of the owners and each one was spot on…from Doran’s for supplies and lunch, to the best viewing spots and a delicious dinner at Turpin Meadow Ranch. Our trip to the Tetons was only enhanced by being able to come home to this cabin at night…and it truly felt like home!
We were in the area for a family wedding at a nearby ranch and needed accommodations for our family of 5. This lovely cabin fit our needs perfectly! We enjoyed the homey touches throughout, and also put together a couple of the puzzles.
The cabin was a short distance to the wedding venue and it had all of the comforts of home. We really appreciated having two bathrooms, each one having its own shower! That made getting ready for the day much easier. So many places we saw advertised had only one bathroom.
Thank you for your hospitality!

This is a nice house however the stairs to the upstairs loft bedroom are steep and the steps are very narrow. The roof beams are very low at the top of the stairs and my 6' husband hit his head on them. The house is located approx 7 miles from the main road and there are few street lights so we didn't like driving on it after dark which limited evening activities.
This was a filthy, dirty "hunting" cabin that looks like the owner went dumpster diving to put it together. We found mice droppings, one bathroom faucet only had a trickle of water, when the shower was turned on it had a terrible stench, it was completely dusty w/ dust that had been there quite a while, windows wouldn't lock, the upper bedroom was actually a loft, personal belongings scattered in cabinets everywhere, & the oven/stove was the most filthy thing I've ever seen, & we had no intention of cooking ANYTHING in the oven or stovetop. The stovetop coils were even greasy & the microwave had definitely not been cleaned on the outside as it was all smeary. I have no doubt that this cabin with doors that weren't even sealed tight, was NOT cleaned. Even my husband who can deal with most anything, said there is no way we were staying there. We tossed everything back in the van, emailed the owner through VRBO, and fled! The owner never replied- EVER- to our VRBO message. The property photos don't show the horrible & unsafe conditions.
The cabin was perfect for our family! The drive to Jackson was about an hour. Grand Teton and Yellowstone were close by and absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful time and would recommend it, especially for a small family with little ones.
Such a quaint quite setting.
Wide pine floors that crackle when you walk.
Like being in a real early cabin.
Very comfortable.
Beds little hard but I slept like a log.
Slite view of Tetons.
Fireplace plenty of firewood.
