Very nice clean condo with an ocean view. Balcony was very nice and roomy with wonderful view of the ocean. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable for our group of four. Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Only drawback was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one garbage bag for kitchen trash. Overall the condo met our expectations and Janet was great with communicating before and during our trip.

Great Location! Steps from the Beach and Pool

Spacious family home with an open kitchen and living area that fit our family perfectly! The covered parking area was very convenient and made it nice to be out of the hot sun and steps to the elevator. The Beach Restoration is pristine! We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the view and the pool. While the walkway to beach was right across the street, getting 3 little ones five and under with their pregnant mom could sometimes be a little difficult. Would stay again if just my husband and myself!

It was a great condo and right across from the beach. Great view, nice beach. My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay there.I'd give it a 5/5 except for two things: first, the condo is on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out of service at least three different times during our stay. I think this is common because there are permanent signs warning not to hold the door or it will break. This made loading up the car to leave very difficult. Second, the condo is one of the least stocked condos we've been in on the panhandle. No beach items to borrow, no cutting boards, only a few small knives, one roll of toilet paper, no ice maker, etc. To be fair, the listing did not list anything in the contrary....but if you need more than just plates, cups, and pots/pans, then you need to plan on bringing them yourself. Not the end of the world, but not what we expected compared to other condos.Overall, a great place to stay location wise, and the host was very communicative.

Nice and clean

The condo is nice, clean, well maintained, and well decorated. It is directly across the street from the beach with and nice balcony view. It says it sleeps 7 people, but only has 3 beds and the couch isn’t a pullout. The two bedrooms with queen beds are super small. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Seating for 3 and a table on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful Gulf views, comfortable beds, plenty of seating for our family of 4, beach access right across the street, and the beach is clean and uncrowded! Centrally located unit by the pool (on the 3rd floor.) Some kitchen cooking essentials were sparse, so if you plan to cook a lot, that's something to be aware of. Also, the ice maker/water in the fridge doesn't work. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and found this home to be a good value and plenty spacious for our needs!

Mexico beach 2024

My wife and two teenage girls stayed here for one week in July. The condo was great, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have about the condo is the ice maker on the refrigerator was not functioning and there is no door for the master bathroom. Complex is located across the street from the beach but it is a very short walk. I just left the beach supplies in the vehicle and pulled it out in the morning and put it back in the evening rather than carrying it up to the room. The balcony has a view of the ocean and I would definitely stay here again !

Simply Amazing!

We had the best time visiting Mexico Beach for the first time. It was also my son's first time at the beach! He is 7 months old and the place was great for our family. We all had plenty of space, it was very clean and well maintained, and was equipped with all the necessities. Having the free parking and the pool (with bathrooms right there) were icing on the cake. The beach is literally right across the road, has a boardwalk leading you right to the beach, and a shower at the entrance of the condos so you can rinse off before heading to the pool or back to the condo. There is an elevator and carts for all your stuff which was a lifesaver for us. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions. We will definitely be back!!

Floors were swept clean but our feet got black walking on them.Balcony not clean.Owner scolded me for not checking VRBO inbox for a message she sent about a maintenance call.Beach was beautiful! Area was great!Loved the layout of the condo. Pool was nice. I would recommend and hope owner checks oit the cleaning crew.

Beautiful condo and easy access to the beach!

We had a wonderful time. The elevators were down at some point everyday which made getting our beach stuff down challenging but understand the work needed to be done!
