Hello. We have been renovating this 1870's warehouse (which is also our home) since 2010 and have put many hours of love and sweat equity into the restoration. Sharing the space with others has always been one of the great rewards of caring for this property.
Why they chose this property
Located in the Lower Garden District. It is close to all events, restaurants and entertainment. Whether you are driving or utilizing a ride share you are always just minutes away from your destination.

Visitors feel at peace as soon as they enter the space. There is an inherent calmness within the building that is furthered by the amazing views of the Mississippi River and downtown New Orleans.
