On the first floor with spectacular panoramic sea views from each balcony with chill-out lounge seating The pool house invites you to create your own meals in the outdoor kitchen at the BBQ and your friends meanwhile take an aperitif at the cozy pool house bar. The villa is not a party villa.
The interior with a modern, exclusive design is very elegant. You enter the villa Serafina over a classy, ​​spacious, high entrance hall with a beautiful staircase and enter the large living room on one side and the dining room on the other side. All areas provide an unobstructed view of the garden with pool and spectacular sea views, you can also enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be with their edible up to the own wine cellar to be desired. We were a group of 10 (8 adults, 2 teenagers) and had a fantastic week in a really great location! Plenty of space, high quality interior and exterior equipment, great pool, very friendly and helpful local content person. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa in lovely surroundings, villa was spotless, check in excellent. Andreas was warm and friendly. Very quiet location whuch suited us s it was a family holiday. The only constructive feedback is for the 25 euros charge for towels and linen, I would have expected better quality.

Very nice and calm property

The house is very nice and comfortable. Great pool and barbecue area . The view from the terrace is very nice . The property could benefit if they had wifi in the exterior and better signal in some of the rooms . The hosts are not too accommodating and even sometimes rude . During the check in we forgot to bring some forms and she was very upset

We are sorry, we wrote several times for these filled out foams, we need for the police registration. We gave them new foams and came another day along to take them. The internet is now sold. We wish you all the best.

Excellent large Villa, very clean and we loved the location and lovely grounds. Fabulous cove within walking distance with restaurant and Paddle Boards and Kayak hire. But very poor quality pillows very flat, only one each, all had to use the duvets under the pillow. Table Tennis Table but had to buy bats and ping pong ball. Also there was no welcome pack which most villas have (coffee bread etc)! If the finer details could be refined this would be amazing.

Tolle Woche mit der Familie

Wir waren 10 Personen mit Kind in der ersten Juni Woche in der tollen Villa. Großzügige hohe Räume mit Klima und fast alle mit eigenem Bad. Alles toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer Pool. Da wir ursprünglich mit 12 Personen geplant haben, mussten der Tisch außen und innen 12 Personen Platz bieten. Das war bei anderen Häusern nicht immer der Fall. Es gibt genügend Kühlschränke (1 an der Polar) und 2 Gefrierschränke die auch alle in Benutzung waren. Super war der Weinkühlschrank der aber nach Beladung mit 24 Flaschen Mallorquinischen Weins etwas zu kämpfen hatte. Mit den 8 Liegen (nur) kamen wir sehr gut zurecht, da nicht alle gleichzeitig am Pool waren. Es gab ein paar kleine Einschränkungen. Davon die ärgerlichste, daß der Geschirrspüler trotz Reinigung und anderen Wartungsmaßnahmen ein vor allem für die Gläser ein schlechtes Ergebnis ablieferte. Die sehr aufwendige und tolle Beleuchtung im Haus und Außenanlagen funktionierte nicht ganz zu 100%.Hervorzuheben ist die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation und Hilfe von Herrn Kazzer von Finca und Meer.

Luxus pur und absolute Ruhe

wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 11 Personen in der Villa und haben den Aufenthalt leider nur für 7 Tage nutzen dürfen. Tolles Ambiente und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zimmer mit Meerblick und toller Terrasse. Super Küche und Outdoor Plancha. Erstklassiger Pool und schöne Liegen, leider nur 9 Stück und ohne Auflagen. Super Sonos Soundanlage im Garten, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Schöne große Gartenanlage. Alles in allem sein Geld wert.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern, Schwiegerkindern und Enkeln eine Woche zum Familienurlaub auf Mallorca. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage mit Aussicht fantastisch. Auch der Kontakt zu Andreas war hervorragend. Ich kann das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Lovely holiday villa

Villa Serafina suited our three-generation family holiday very well, with the super pool and spacious house and grounds. Wonderful views from the balconies. Sehr tolle Finca mit sehr schönem Blick aufs Meer

Sehr tolles, weitläufiges Anwesen. Wir haben den grossen Garten, den Pool und das Poolhaus mit Grill und Bar sehr genossen. Der nächstgelegene Strand Cala Murada ist zu Fuss entlang der Klippen in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Preis/Leistung passt sehr gut. Wir können die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
