Craista 5 - Scuol

Allegra and welcome to the Craista 5 holiday flat

Very nice, modern and bright flat in a quiet and central residential area near the adventure pool ‘Bogn Engiadina Scuol’. The beautiful old part of the village ‘Scuol-sot’ with its picturesque Engadine houses and the local bus and ski bus stop are only a few minutes' walk away.

The bright living room is equipped with a Swedish stove (wood is available) and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. From here you can access the south-facing balcony (8 m2) with a fantastic view of the old part of the village and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine (Tassimo capsule system). The 2 spacious bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds with quality mattresses and slatted frames. Two sanitary rooms (1 x bath/WC/sink + 1 x shower/WC/sink) contribute to the high level of living comfort. Of course, guests have a reserved garage space in the car park and free WLAN at their disposal.

- 1 reserved parking space in the car park (height 2.05m)

Mit 2 Doppelschlafzimmer und 2 Nasszellen einem schönen hellen Wohnzimmer mit moderner Küche und dem Balkon hat man die besten Voraussezungen für erholsame Ferien. Für die Kinder ist ein riesiger Spielplatz in Sichtweite. Das Thermalbad ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Traumwohnung für Erwachsene und Kinder. Gerne bin ich Dauergast in dieser schönen Wohnung. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man findet alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Der sonnige Balkon war ein Traum. Die Lage ist top, sehr zentral und doch absolut still. Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal her!
