Nicht erreichbar, kein Kontakt auch nicht danach. Wir müssten dann selbst eine neue Unterkunft am Tag der Anreise suchen.

A fuire !!

Nous avions réservé un logement avec des amis, mais nous n’avons reçu aucun message de la part de l’hôte. Le jour J, toujours aucune nouvelle, malgré nos dix tentatives d’appel restées sans réponse. Nous avons finalement dû contacter le service client d’Abritel pour obtenir un dédommagement. Quelques minutes plus tard, j’ai reçu un mail d’Abritel indiquant que notre réservation avait été annulée, car le logement avait été réservé par d’autres voyageurs sur une autre plateforme. C’est tout simplement inadmissible ! Heureusement que nous avons été remboursés immédiatement, mais cette expérience est à fuir absolument !
