Cozy kelo semi-detached apartment in West Ruka near Lake Talvijärvi, with Ruka Ski Stadium and Ruka slopes within walking distance in winter (across the ice of Lake Talvijärvi).

Located 25 km north of Kuusamo, 3.2 km from Ruka Village (West Ruka). This kelo semi-detached apartment is situated near the lakeshore of Talvijärvi and was built in 1995.

The cabin includes a dining area, kitchenette, and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed for 1-2 people. Additionally, the loft has two 80 cm beds. There is a bathroom/WC and an electric sauna.
25km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village 3,2 km. Apartment in a semidetached house, build in 1995, lake Talvijärvi 65 m, 1 bedroom with double bed, livingroom with sofabed for 2 persons, sleeping loft with 2 beds, kitchen, bathroom/wc, electric sauna.

Please note, the fireplace shown in the pictures is currently out of use.
