Accommodation
Furnished rental, week or fortnight, minimum rental 3 nights. All year round, hamlet of Estussan located next to LAVARDAC (47230), 10 km from NERAC and 30 km from AGEN
Gentlemen and Ladies likely future renters, obviously as I have just registered on this platform, there are no comments, but I am also on the AirBnB website and there you will find a lot of very flattering comments about this rental
Access to the habitable part by stairs, comprising:
- very large dining room kitchen of more than 55 m² with 3 m long country table, television with CD player, 2 3/4 seater sofas
The dining room gives direct access to a terrace of about 30 m² with a 2 m long table and chairs which allows you to be able to, in the right season to eat outside, used a lot by the different occupants, this gives direct access to a lawn of about 100 m², on the terrace there is a plancha
- kitchen with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, vacuum cleaner, plenty of crockery, iron
- on the same level a bedroom with bed of 140 and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet

Upstairs air-conditioned, accessible by spiral staircase:
- a large bedroom of about 30 m² with two beds of 140 separated by curtains + 1 bed of 90
- a bedroom with 1 bed of 120 + 1 bed of 90
- three extra beds children of 90 in an adjoining room, also available additional mattresses to put on the floor

For the sleeping I do not provide bed sheets, neither are the towels, for the blankets there are enough

- a toilet on this level + 1 sink with hot water, can be used as a bathroom

Charges:
electricity 0.23 € per kWh
for water 3.5 € per m³, this has never exceeded 9 € per day, it varies according to the number of people and the reasonableness of the use of water and electricity
for the stove in the living room, I provide wood for free in the bad season

- 3 km away: LAVARDAC shopping centre and every Wednesday and Sunday morning sale of regional products
- 10 km away: NERAC: several shopping centres

- hikes in the Lot et Garonne moorland and around landscaped lakes, starting directly from the house several possible walks that may vary from 2 to 10 km in the environmental countryside
- horseback riding 2 km
- for lovers of old stones: VIANNE fortified village at 4 km, XAINTRAILLES castle of HENRI IV in NERAC, another castle in BARBASTE
- golf: BARBASTE at 3 km or in CASTELJALOUX 25 km
- fishing on the banks of the BAÏSE or the GELISE 2 km or GARONNE at 15 km

House without labels: I'm only interested in the comments that the renters can leave me, to see on other sites where I'm registered, in this case Airbnb

Guest access: only one part will not be accessible, the basement. On the other hand, renters will be able to benefit from part of the lawn behind the house, 15 m back, about 100 m²
