If you are looking for a spacious and quiet place near the fishing port, enjoy the Clos de la Borde, a newly renovated villa, 50 metres from the port of La Cotinière and shops, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 6 (2 beds 160 and 2 beds 90), sheets and towels included.

The above-ground swimming pool is heated from April to September.
The beach is located 400m away, and the supervised beach of Matha is 3 minutes away by bike.
Private access by a pedestrian walkway, 50m from the large car park of the port. (large car park in the port in the blue zone from 15 June to 15 September, other free car parks available)
A sea kayak is available.
A bike rental company is located in front of the house.
Pets are allowed by agreement.
During the months of July and August, rental is only from Sunday to Sunday.

La maison et son jardin sont un havre de repos au bon milieu des commerces et de l’animation du village. La piscine est un vrai plus, mais la mer est vraiment tout près. J’aimerais revenir y séjourner un peu plus longtemps.

Merci pour votre commentaire et pour avoir souligné les points positifs de votre séjour. Concernant les remarques formulées, l'absence de parking privatif est clairement indiquée dans l'annonce. De même, le logement n'est pas équipé d'un micro-ondes, cet équipement ne figurant pas dans la liste des équipements proposés. Les dimensions des lavabos ainsi que l'agencement de la salle de bain sont visibles sur les photos de l'annonce, ce qui permet aux voyageurs de se faire une idée précise avant leur réservation. Enfin, pour les vélos, un espace est disponible dans le local de la machine à laver afin de les entreposer à l'abri. Nous restons néanmoins attentifs à toutes les remarques permettant d'améliorer l'expérience de nos voyageurs.

Magnifique vacance en famille

Nous avons passés un tres bon séjour dans la maison de Fabrice.La piscine est super et chauffée. La troisièmes chambres dans le jardin était top pour notre fille et son compagnon.Maison idéale situé prêt de tous. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir.
