Parking for 3-4 vehicles (guests are required to purchase vehicle passes separately from Ocean Lakes), elevator to all floors, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, stairs to front deck.

FIRST FLOOR:
Master bedroom with queen size bed and adjoining master bath with tub/shower.
Living room/dinning/kitchen combo (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave).
Flat screen TV’s in living room and master bedroom.
Stacked Washer and Dryer.
Half bath.
Porch/Deck with table and chairs.

SECOND FLOOR:
4 Bedrooms: Red room has king bed. Yellow room has a set of bunk beds. Adjoining bathroom between with large walk-in shower with bench seat.
Green room has full size bed. Blue room has 2 sets of bunk beds. Adjoining bathroom between with tub and shower combo. small flat screen TVs in red room, green room.

As our guests, all the amenities and services at Ocean Lakes are available during your stay. These include:
* 3 Acre Water Park with olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, splash zones for kids, water slides, lazy river

We loved every bit of our stay! The house was by far the cleanest and most spacious home we've stayed in ocean lakes. Plenty of room for 2 families (12 total) to stay comfortably. We plan to book this house again for next summer. The owner was quick to respond, very helpful and pleasant.

It is the perfect house for a large family. The best deck ever. We are outside every night because it was perfect shady area. Host was always available to answer any questions.

EXCELLENT

Perfect location! Kitchen was just right: dish washer, coffee maker, and storage! Loved that the house is not full of nick-nacks. Elevator was great! Deck was large with plenty of seating and a great place for a family card game in the evening. Lots of space for our large family! Owner very clear with instructions. Would highly recommend.

Great vacation!

Another great year at Oceanlakes. The house was very spacious. The elevator was very useful for loading and unloading. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns that we had during our stay.

Everything was exactly as described in advertisement and in pictures. Elevator was a must for us having 2 handicapped individuals (1 wheelchair bound) in our party. Great location, very roomy, clean. If staying in Ocean Lakes getting a golf cart is a must!!! Will definitely be going back!!!!!

We had a great time on our visit. The property was clean, lay out was good for our family. The beds were comfortable but needed at least one King and 2 queens for comfort of family. We brought a golf cart, but the size of our family needed another one, so we rented one. The previous rentals we rented in the past at Ocean Lakes had a golf cart available. We loved the big porch, very appreciative of the gate at the steps. We had a good stay; Just needed larger bed for large fella sharing bed with wife , baby, and five year old that kept waking up in middle of night getting in bed with them - and large fella sharing bed with wife in standard bed. We (grandparents) were very comfortable in master - Preteens comfortable in bunks.

Almost perfect

We loved everything about this house except the location. In previous houses we felt safe letting the kids ride their bikes and scooters out front. Definitely couldn’t let them do that here. The road the house is on is a main cut through for campers to get the campsites and believe me they fly down that road. Other than that this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, everything was clean and we had enough parking for 2 trailers, 2 suvs, 2 golf carts and the kind neighbor let us park our 3rd vehicle at their spot so we wouldn’t have to use the overflow parking. Thanks Rodney for letting us enjoy your house!

Everything you need and want in a beach rental!

This house is in a convenient area of Ocean Lakes. Just a couple of turns from the highway, Sandy Mart and playgrounds. The elevator made unloading our things from the car a breeze! Seriously, I think we would rent the house just for that perk in itself. Perfect for bringing suitcases up the three floors and for some adults with us who have trouble climbing stairs. Major bonus points! The house is laid out nicely and we enjoyed the large living and dining area that are open concept. It allowed us to all be together and not be on top of each other. We really appreciated the gate on the porch as well so we could let the children play and not have to worry about the stairs. Everything was neat and tidy in the home and everything we needed from vacuum cleaners to laundry detergent was supplied. Overall a great experience and we would love to rent this home again if we return to Ocean Lakes.

Great House with an elevator

The house was very clean & exactly how it was described. The owner was a great communicator & quickly responded to my questions prior to my stay. The elevator went to all the floors which was a must for some of my group. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Our Vacation at Ocean Lakes

The home was clean, everything worked properly and the elevator was wonderful with a family member with MS! The road was really busy with all the campers being brought through this particular rd, but it was also close to the water park for the kids so We would definitely stay again.

Our family is from the Upstate of SC. We have been coming to all Ocean Lakes all our lives. Mom and Dad built this house in 2004 for their three children and seven grandchildren. Mom and Dad have since passed away but the family still enjoys coming down and staying. We offer our guests the opportunity to come and stay in our beautiful beach house and enjoy a part of what we all worked so hard to create here in Ocean Lakes.

What makes this property unique

The house was built so our entire family could come and all stay together. Mom and Dad had an elevator put in mainly for my brother who is a paraplegic. We learned quickly it is also great for transporting luggage, groceries, gear, etc. into and out of the house instead of using the stairs. We did all the finish work inside of the house ourselves to include the flooring, cabinetry, painting and decorating.
