The Maisonette dominates the heights of the Touvière in the town of Leschaux and enjoys a breathtaking view of the mountains. It will delight you with its practicality, functionality and elegance. The quiet and peaceful location will make your stay unforgettable.

It is a completely renovated detached house (August 2024) that can accommodate 4 people (one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds). Baby cot on request.

Nearby: For nature lovers, many walking trails for summer hikes and snowshoeing in winter.

The beautiful city of Annecy and its lake are only 16Km (25min) away and offer multiple activities (swimming, pedal boat, cycle path around the lake, visit of castles, visit of the old town, wide choice of restaurants)

Das Ferienhäuschen liegt in einem ruhigen kleinen Örtchen und war für uns wie gemacht: ein ruhiger Erholungsort erster Klasse. Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und für jede Frage offen. Auch wenn man nicht französisch spricht, so ist es kein Problem, einen nette Unterhaltung zu führen und miteinander zu lachen. Die Unterkunft hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr angesprochen, da diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Auch in der Küchenausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse, die man beschatten kann und direkt vor dem Haus ist, konnten wir jeden Tag nutzen. Auch eine Lademöglichkeit für unser E-Auto war vorhanden und kein Problem. Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub und wieder eine Reise wert.

Die Lage ist ideal: nur 15 Minuten vom malerischen Lac d'Annecy entfernt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und herzlich – wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen.Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die eine ruhige, gut gelegene und liebevoll ausgestattete Unterkunft suchen.Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diesen Ort sehr weiterempfehlen!

A beautiful house, nearby the lake of Annecy on the hill. The house wqs perfect for our family. Luc and Nicole are wonderful hosts. We had a most pleasant stay and would definitely come back again when we are in the neighbourhood.

Notre séjour a été au-delà de nos espérances ! Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et sympathiques et le logement est parfait. Tout est prévu et la vue sur les montagnes est très agréable. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
