This ranch style home located in the Perdido Bay County Club Subdivision has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with lots of family space and an in-ground pool and an attached garage. The large master suite has doors that lead to the pool. The kitchen has full size appliances and granite countertops. The open area family/living room space has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather around while talking. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. The additional 3 guest bedrooms have the following sleeping arrangements: One queen bed and two bedrooms have two twin beds each. The laundry room also has full size washer and dryer. The backyard is completely fenced in with a beautiful pool.

Wonderful vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the pool and the spacious home. With a family of 9, we had enough room to spread out and enjoy our down time. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach and shopping centers. We highly enjoyed the vacation and will go back again next year. Also, the owners were quick to respond to questions and needs concerning the house.

We were thoroughly surprised at how great the property was.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. We had our mother in law/ 2 of our boys/ 2 small dogs. Everyone enjoyed the stay. There was a small issue with the pool due to some extra downtime with cleaning it; that I felt shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. We didn’t swim for a day and a half because of it. We stayed away from house to allow the pool man to come and clean pool when we returned we were told we couldn’t swim that night either and it would be the next day. They didn’t know what time they would be back. This was difficult telling children on a vacation when promised that night for swimming. It through plans out of wack. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will definitely go back. Owners are very nice and place was very clean.

Unclean & Unmaintained Property!

My review is my conversation with the owner. "Just to let you know there is moss growing in the deep end." "Good morning! I have messaged our pool company to get this taken care of!" "Thank you it’s been green since we arrived and now it’s mossy. I just want to tell you this because I’m certain you’re not aware, the last renters trash was piled up in the garage, the yard especially around has not been mowed recently so much so we saw 3 rats in the backyard over in the corner by the diving board. The pad around the pool was covered in leaves and should have been blown off because that just led to a lot of debris in your pool. I do have photos because if this were my property I would be very upset with your cleaning staff. Otherwise the interior was very clean and extremely spacious for a large family. I assume it’s tadpoles swimming in your pool." "As hosts are you going to offer some type of refund based on the fact that your pool was completely unusable for (4) days of our stay? I have sent photos to VRBO." Apparently the guests before you had been there for 2 weeks and had 19 people in our pool and refused to allow our pool company service to treat the pool which is why it was not in good shape, but our pool guy never told us about this until this week when we are asking why the pool is green. I am sorry! In answer to your question about compensation because of the lack of pool…absolutely. I’m only sorry that I am only able to do this after the fact and couldn’t take care of it while you were there. "Thank you for letting me know that. What do you think would be fair for the lack of pool during your stay?" (At this point one (1) nights stay was refunded by owner, we actually left a day early because of the conditions of the pool and backyard.) I book a home with a pool every year because my kids don't like to swim in the ocean. I paid almost $2,800 and your pool was completely unusable, you believe that one nights stay is a fair refund?? I do not, and I will continue a case with VRBO under their "Book with confidence guarantee" for your misrepresentation of your property. You stated you knew prior to our arrival that the pool was dirty and you did nothing to fix that. I incurred an additional $25 per day so that my kids could swim. We even left on Friday (a day early) because the pool was not going to be ready at all while we were there. I will accept a half refund." Owner....crickets- At this point small claims court bound in Knoxville, TN.

Great family stay!

We stayed here with our two adult children and their +1's. The house was very comfortable for 6 adults. Kitchen was great, pool was a nice benefit. Close to the Perdido beach, supermarkets, and really close to golf. Centrally located, 30 minutes to airport and mall, takes about 40 mins to Pensacola Beach and to about 30 minutes to Orange Beach. Highly recommend!

Chose this property because of proximity to Gulf Coast; and because of the great online appearance. And it all worked out very well. Family visited 2x for visits to the beach. So, really enjoyable time. Thanks to Tom and Becky for excellent communication.

Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful experience and feel very blessed to be able to stay at this home. We had all the amenities that we needed. The home is one level, which is perfect for the older adults in our family. Everything was immaculate and well-stocked. The hosts, Tom and Becky, were great! Thank you so much!
