This is a walk out basement unit that literally walks out 40 feet from the roaring fork river. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with oversized kitchen with plenty of space to unwind. The property is located at the end of a dead end road with tons of privacy

Guest access: Parking will be shared with the owners who live in the top unit. bottom space has direct access to river trail that goes along the roaring fork river

Beautiful Property

Wonderful little private apartment. The owners live up stairs & are a charming young family. The view of the river looks just like the pictures. So gorgeous really hope to return!
