The apartment has:
     Bedroom for 2 people with spacious beds and large closet
     Bathroom with shower and window
     Kitchen / dining area / living area with table and four chairs, coffee table, sofa,
     TV with all German programs and radio reception.
The apartment can be used all year round because the air conditioning in the living area also has a heating function.

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Einfach ein wunderschöner Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt (außer ein Backofen würde es noch perfektionieren), aber war nicht tragisch. Es gibt auch eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Spülmittel und Seife und man kommt rein und ist direkt im Urlaub. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Terrasse sind noch größer als erwartet. Wir hatten hier eine perfekte Woche. Würden ( werden ) sicher wieder kommen…

Da wir wieder 3 Wochen die schöne Aussicht der Wohnung genießen durften, haben wir auch direkt für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Wie immer war alles gut und so, wie es beschrieben war. Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und Vermieter hilft sofort bei kleinen Problemen. So soll es sein;-)

Situation du logement parfaite, logement presque idéal, il manque juste un four micro-ondes ou un mini four et un lave-vaisselle. Pour le reste c’est absolument parfait grande terrasse, chambre climatisée avec lit King size, très grande pièce de vie climatisée vue imprenable, résidence récente et très calme piscine. Une seule chose qui fait que je met 4 étoiles et pas 5 c’est le fait que la propriétaire demande de laisser 85 en espèces sur la table « pour le ménage post départ » alors que nous sommes partis en ayant fait tout le ménage laissant un appartement témoin. Si je passe par une plate-forme de location c’est justement pour sécuriser tout les paiements et être sûr de l’existence du logement.

Die Wohnung war schön . Leider war die Terassenausstattung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen . Einen Backofen hätten wir uns sehr gewünscht !Leider hatten wir keine W-Lan Verbindung. Der Balkon mit Meeresblick war einmalig !

Es ist eine geräumige Wohnung mit großer Sonnenterrasse.Die Klimaanlagen sind neu.Die Küche ist mit Geschirr,Töpfe etc.gut ausgestattet.Das Schlafzimmer ist auch Neuwertig ,es fehlt vielleicht nur eine Ablagemöglichkeit außerhalb des Schrankes.Das vorhandene Sonnensegel konnten wir leider nicht nutzen da keine Leiter vorhanden war.

Schöne Wohnung mit Fehlern

Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist viel zu klein dimensioniert und kühlt überhaupt nicht den Raum. Die Klimaanlagen sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und relativ laut. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass nach der Buchung die Reisebeschreibung kam und dort nochmals eine Reinigungsbebühr von zusätzlich 85,- € erhoben wurde welche ich in Bar in der Wohnung hinterlassen musste. Das ist unfair und riecht sehr nach Schwarzgeld. Bin am überlegen ob ich das die Guarda Finanza mal überprüfen lasse.

Die Penthouse Wohnung entsprach tatsächlich zu 100% der Beschreibung. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Danke. Die Terasse war viel größer als erwartet. Wer am Pool der Anlage liegen möchte, sollte sich allerdings selbst eine Liege mitbringen, alle vorhandenen Liegen waren Privatbesitz.

Wieder sehr schön!

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung mit dem unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf die Cala Agulla. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und versorgt gefühlt. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Einzig die Kaffeemaschine könnte evtl. mal erneuert werden. Wie schon von einem anderen Gast bewertet, ist die Wohnung aber insgesamt noch schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen.

Aussicht nicht zu toppen!

Das Appartement ist in Wirklichkeit schöner, als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt. Kleinigkeiten, die aus unserer Sicht nicht o.K. waren, wurden nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter sofort behoben. Wer Ruhe sucht in Cala Ratjada ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben für nächstes Jahr bereits gebucht;-)

Ich habe diese Wohnung kurzfristig buchen können und alles war perfekt, Die Lage und Aussicht von der Terrasse über die Bucht ist grandios und auf den Bildern nicht übertrieben. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist direkt und schnell. Mega-freundlich. 5 Sterne für alles. Wenn wieder Mallorca, dann nur hier ! Martin

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet uns hat jedoch eine Mikrowelle oder ein Backofen gefehlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse, wir finden aber, dass der Sonnenschutz zu wenig ist. Auf der Terrasse steht den ganzen Tag die Sonne, durch die riesige Fensterfront und den wenig vorhandenen Sonnenschutz ist es wirklich schwer den Wohnraum gut zu kühlen. Vorhänge wie im Schlafzimmer würden sonst auch helfen. Leider hat das WLAN gar nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde zwar gesagt, dass es auf der Terrasse der Empfang am Besten ist, aber auch da war keiner. Wir finden, dann sollte das WLAN auch nicht in der Beschreibung stehen. Zudem finden wir den Preis für die Endreinigung (95€) viel zu hoch, da wir noch Überreste vom Vorgänger gefunden haben und im Inserat auch „nur“ 80€ standen.
