Family-friendly comfort apartment, 100m to the Baltic Sea beach, beautiful lagoon view

Please note that the one-off final cleaning fee of EUR 77.00 must be added to all the costs mentioned here and is due in cash on arrival.

Our south apartment is family-friendly and is located on the 1st Floor of the Sailor`s Hafenvilla. The central, quiet location on the salt lagoon with sea view means: short 100m to the sandy beach with pier, only 40m to the salt lagoon, child-friendly environment, supply options, bakery, shopping, restaurants etc., in the immediate vicinity, car-free vacation in a healthy, climatic, idyllic place ,

The bright rooms are comfortably furnished. The living room and a bedroom with a cot have a balcony with a view of the Salzhaff and the fishing and marina. The 2nd Bedroom has two single beds put together. The kitchen is equipped with branded appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and. Washing machine, etc.). The living room with satellite TV is tastefully furnished. Wonderful: there is a bath and a second shower. The larger of the bedrooms has exclusive access to one of the two bathrooms, the tub bath.

A parking space reserved for this apartment is available on the large property right outside the front door.
On request, you can also book bed linen and towels for € 10 per person from our property management.

Sports and leisure: The small and idyllic town of Rerik and its surroundings offer tons of sports and leisure activities. Water sports and relaxation are particularly popular. Bathing, swimming, surfing, sailing, rowing, fishing, sunbathing, hiking, cycling, relaxing, reading, bird watching, flying kites, volleyball and more. Playing football on the beach, building sand castles, collecting shells and chicken gods, playing with the children, eating delicious fresh fish, etc. There are very beautiful bike trails on the coast and inland.
There are also interesting options in winter, such as ice skating, sledding or just breathing fresh, healthy air.
In addition, the cities of Wismar, Rostock, Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan with their diverse cultural offerings can be reached quickly.
For golfers, the new facility in Wittenbeck offers excellent and demanding options.

Sowohl unser Gastgeber, der mit prompten Antworten auf Fragen reagierte als auch die Wohnung an sich waren für uns perfekt. Meine einzige Anmerkung wäre, dass die Wohnung deutlicher für vier Personen plus Baby gekennzeichnet werden sollte. Wir wollten ursprünglich mit fünf Personen kommen, dafür ist die Wohnung nicht ausgelegt (vier Betten, vier Stühle ...)

Erholsame Tage mit kleinen Abstrichen. Die öffentliche Toilette direkt hinter unserem Haus wurde pünktlich 7.30 Uhr gereinigt - lautstark . Geruch von Frittierfett wehte ins Haus. Eine Schranktür war defekt - wurde auch nicht repariert .

Ferienwohnung Sailer-Süd

Der Aufenthalt in Rerik war wunderschön. Sehr schöner Strand und Umgebung, nicht überlaufen.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, klasse ausgestattet und mit den zwei Balkons etwas besonderes.Leider gab es Probleme beim Check-in-Vorgang, der aber dann doch noch recht gut und unkompliziert gelöst werden konnte. Vielen Dank dafür an die Mitarbeiterin vom Balu.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Lage direkt hiner der Promenade am Salzhaff, 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Ostsee - besser geht's nicht. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich eher nicht geignet, wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht, Wohnung liegt direkt über einem Restaurant mit Außengastronomie.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal zwischen Hafen und Ostseestrand gelegen. Man hat einen sehr guten Blick zum Hafen durch die 2 Balkone. Sehr gute Ausstattung der 2 Bäder, Küche und Wohnraum. Mit der Wohnlage über der Gaststätte gibt es keine Beeinträchtigung durch Lärm und Geruch. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und Kindern.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Hatten lange keine so saubere Wohnung mehr. Alles vorhanden, von Geschirrtabs über Toilettenpapier. Der Ausblick ist toll, genau aufs Haff, Ostsee nur 5 Minut enentfernt. Für Leute mit Gehbehinderung genau richtig. Zur Wohnung eine Treppe rauf, trotz Unterarmgehstützen gut machbar.. Bei uns in der Zwischensaison war es sehr ruhig. Man konnte schon überall Essen gehen, die Preise im mittleren Bereich. Uns hat es so gut gefallen dass wir im Herbst wieder hinfahren. Traumhaft

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Bei 4 Erwachsenen waren wir über 2 Bäder froh. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut und durch die vorhandenen Spiele hatten wir davor lustige Spieleabende. Es war alles perfekt. Schön wäre noch, wenn wir bei der Anreise eine Telefonnummer gehabt hätten und man den Schlüsselsafe in der Nebensaison umprogrammieren könnte, so dass wir nicht bis kurz nach 16 Uhr hätten warten müssen, bis wir hinein konnten. Das war vorher bekannt und in der Hauptsaison absolut verständlich. In der Nebensaison, wo die Wohnung schon Tage davor nicht belegt war, fand ich es schade, dass die Tür nicht eher aufging. Alles andere war aber perfekt und wir bedanken uns herzlich für die wundervollenTage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Rerik selbst ist auch sehr schön und bei Mike an der Steilküste gibt es den besten Fisch, den wir bisher gegessen haben.

die Ferienwohnung war wirklich klasse. Alles sauber und modern und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war spitze und der allgemeine Ablauf sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! 👍

sehr schöne FeWo für maximal vier Personen. Da zwei Bäder da sind kann man auch gut mit Freunden oder Teenagern hinfahren. Deutlich überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, schön gelegen genau am Hafen und in 5 min ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Wir waren zu fünft, das jüngste Kind 5 Jahre - würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen da kein fünftes Bett da ist (nur Babybett) und es auch am Tisch ziemlich eng wird. Mit Kleinkind bis 3 Jahre ist es zu fünft absolut ok. Check in genau wie beschrieben: es ist niemand zur Wohnungsübergabe vor Ort, der Schlüsselsafe geht 16:00 auf, wer vorher da ist muss warten. Parkplatz erreicht man über das Grundstück nebenan, da muss man sich die Anfahrtskizze genau ansehen. Bei der Abfahrt ist auch niemand zur Wohnungsübergabe vor Ort. Aber ansonsten alles sehr sehr schön.

Super Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt. Einfach top man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Sie hat eine traumhafte Lage. Fast direkt am salzhaff und ca. 3min zur Ostsee. Besser geht es nicht. Wir werden sie weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt auch wieder.

Schöne, helle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten drei schöne Tage in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Sowohl die Aufteilung der Räume, als auch die Möbel der Wohnung sind sehr praktisch und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es gibt für Regentage viele Kinderbücher, DVDs und Spiele. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und auch in der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Kleines Manko für diese Wohnung ist das Aufheizen an warmen Tagen. Hier ist gutes Lüften gefragt. Wer gern kurze Wege zum Zentrum hat, ist hier genau richtig. Dennoch ist es zumeist sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist einwandfrei.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Fewo liegt sehr zentral am Hafen und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum herrlichen Strand. Uns hat auch gefallen, das es zwei Bäder gibt und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, waren die Einzelbetten, die uns zu hart waren.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung

Der urlaub war einfach toll. Eine sehr schön eingerichtete wohnung in einer super lage, mit blick auf das haff..die wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 bäder ,ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit küche und 2 balkons. Man ist in 3 min am.haff und in 5 min an der ostsee..der urlaub hat uns sehr gefallen..wir kommen sicher wieder .
