This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 16th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Walk in shower in the en suite master with rainfall shower head. Two queen sized beds and mounted smart tv in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The condo was everything we hoped for and more! It was beautifully decorated and very clean! We also thoroughly enjoyed the balcony - I wasn't sure if we'd like being on the 16th floor, but the view was amazing so glad we were up high. The elevators were right outside our door, but we never heard them. Early mornings on the balcony were shaded so we could enjoy our breakfast & coffee. Logan was so nice getting us our chairs on the beach and making sure our umbrella was just right! If we get a chance to return to PCB, we will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Experience

This place was very clean and updated. From the online booking, and Helen that stayed in touched with me and answered all my questions and concerns to the staff at condo. Was all very pleasant and easy to work with. Would recommend anyone to stay with these guys. Right on the beach, you can sit on the couch or lay in the bed and look at the ocean. Close to great restaurants and other things to do.

We had a wonderful time in PCB! The water was so clear this year! We saw sea turtles and a manatee! Condo is right across from the elevators but never heard a thing! Only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was too firm for our liking, but the spare bedroom was great, according to my daughter!

A Great Time!

The water was as clear and as beautiful as I've ever seen. The condo was exactly as advertised. The location can't be beat. It was literally just steps from the elevator to the pool and beach access. The pool area is a little dated and small, and loading/unloading is a challenge. I chose to stay at this condo because I viewed it as the best value available, and it definitely turned out to be worth the investment. I would stay here again.

Awesome condo

The owner was prompt and easy to reach. The condo was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. The condo had updated appliances and very pretty. Being on 16th floor was wonderful, saw dolphins from the huge balcony. The elevators were fast. The resort itself was very clean. The beach guys were very polite and accommodating. My husband and I along with another couple had plenty of room. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was nice

The condo was very nice. It was clean. You can tell it’s be updated and painted. Helen was very nice and let us check in early. I just had to send her a text when we arrived to PCB early. The water pressure in the shower was good that was a plus being at the beach. The mattresses were very comfortable that was a huge plus. I’d recommend bring laundry detergent they have a washer and dryer. There is a limited amount of towels and wash clothes (around 4 for the condo) We had to wash towels every day. I did not like the beach chair service that was provided. There were two rows of beach chairs and umbrellas around 30-40 yards from the water. The beach service people told us to pick any chairs on the back row because that’s what is provided with this condo. There were tents, chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach service chairs. So it blocks the view of the water. My daughter likes to play in the sand near the water. So we had to buy chairs and an umbrella from Walmart to set up near the water. Don’t forget to bring cash for each parking pass. I used a credit card for two cars and it costed more to use a credit card. The lady that works in the office is super sweet she will give you your parking pass and arm bands. Security at the condo worries a lot about people having drinks in or sitting by the pool. They want all drinks including water setting in the chairs or on the tables. I’d definitely stay at this condo again.
