The backyard was a great space for our dog to run around! The house as very comfy, great for a long-tern stay. One caution, if you have mobility issues or are elderly, it is a little steep walking up to the front door. Other than that, we loved it. The back deck is a wonderful space to chill out and listen to nature.

The house exceeded expectations! It was very well furnished and thoughtfully appointed with guests in mind. From a complete kitchen to power and USB outlets on every nightstand, we had everything we needed. Jennifer was quick to respond to questions before the visit, and everything went smoothly. Hope the house is available next time we’re out that way.

The house and property were really nice and accommodated 5 adults and 2 dogs without a problem. The fire pit was awesome and we spent a lot of time there. We have come to expect that with VRBO homes, but what set this one above was the hostess Jennifer. Absolutely wonderful!

Wonderful!

This was one of the best VRBO properties we've ever stayed in! Was super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were very comfy. Perfect space for the 5 of us. Communication with owner was great. Nice neighborhood. Great location - 10 min from Brevard, very close to Pisgah and Dupont. Would definitely rent again if we get back to the area!

Wonderful start to year

This home was everything we expected and more. It was so well appointed and comfortable. Great way to start the New Year. For my family, it was in the middle of everything that we wanted to do and see. Plus, we were able to just relax at the home.

Great location, easy access, very comfortable. Host was very accessible and accommodating.I thought 1,800.00 was a bit too much for 1 week. That was with taxes and other fees added. That would be the only reason for us not to stay there again. Otherwise very nice

Loved this home!

Everything about this house was exactly what we were looking for in a mountain vacation home. It was the cleanest home we have ever rented in our many years of renting with VRBO. The owner was so accommodating, answered all our questions promptly, and immediately fixed the one minor thing we reported. The home location was also wonderful. Easy to access and close to towns to explore and nature trails to hike. The property was well maintained and easy to take our dog on short walks. We would definitely consider returning next summer if we decide to come to NC again.

May Mountain get away

Wse loved the house - very comfortable and great split plan. It really was peaceful and quiet ..we enjoyed sitting out on the deck having coffee and we had lunch one day.. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit one night r dogs like the watched it till it went out. Our dogs liked the yard and enjoyed little walks on the street. There really is water falls all over we went on several hikes and saw a few of them.. I would imagine it would be totally awesome with fall colors. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Perfect house and location to downtown Brevard. Feels private and out of town with beautiful trees and landscaping yet only five minutes away from downtown Brevard. Plenty of hiking trails within 15 minutes. The house had all the amenities we could need. We loved sitting out on the porch and reading in the afternoon. The doggies loved the fenced in backyard. We appreciated having the gym downstairs.. The neighborhood is gorgeous and feels private. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Experience

Jennifer was great. Best communication. Easy check-in/check-out process. House was fabulous for our needs. The entire family, including the dogs had a great time. Very close to Brevard and Penrose. We would definitely stay here again. Love what has been done to the home so far and your current works in progress will only make it that much better. Great place for a girlfriend long weekend.

You can tell they take pride in their property and constantly upgrading. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Owner communicated quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Good times. Nice house.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the weather. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and loved the new appliances. The owner was very attentive to answering our questions, and we enjoyed the gift basket. She was very sweet to have some essentials in the bathroom too. We look forward to our next visit.

Perfect for our group

The communication leading up to and during the trip was excellent. The house is beautiful and clean with well thought out amenities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. Small touches like toiletries in the bathroom and USB outlets by every bedside are just a couple examples of the thoughtfulness they have put into this home and their guests. We look forward to staying here again!
