Our stay was great. The house was pretty perfect for our short trip. The cabin seemed to have everything we needed. The only negatives were the cabin could have been cleaner. There were pieces of french fries and food under furniture that my dogs wanted to get at. There were also so questionable stains and markings on some linen. The positives were pet friendly, nice quiet neighborhood, yard to walk dogs, no steps to enter, parking close, close to everything we wanted to do.

We're so glad you enjoyed the convenient location and pet-friendly amenities at our cabin. It's disappointing to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered, and we sincerely appreciate you bringing these to our attention. We're constantly striving to improve our guest experience and your feedback is invaluable in this process. Thanks again for choosing us for your trip, and we hope to see you again soon!
The cabin is beautiful and very clean. The arcade games were a hit with the 11 year old grandson. We did not call but want to note a few things for management. The hot tub temperature stayed at 80, no higher, which was a bummer. The beds were very firm(some people sleep on firm mattresses, we do not). The creek was not accessible as we thought would be and the hill was a little tricky when trying to sit in the chairs at the fire pit. We are easy to please, and had a great experience, we just feel these items need to be noted. The neighborhood is very nice and there were extra of items we thought we may need to take. We would visit again for sure.. Just know how to plan for next trip.. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful review. It’s wonderful to hear your grandson enjoyed the arcade games and that you found the cabin beautiful and clean. We truly appreciate your kind words along with the helpful notes, as they guide us in making stays even better. It means a lot that you’d visit again, and we look forward to welcoming you back with an even more enjoyable experience.
So upon arrival cabin was clean from outside. The front door does not stay closed unless you use the dead bolt. The door knob to the back deck is about to fall off. The door to the laundry room fell of the track and we ended up having to remove the door all together because it would not close, before we left my husband fixed it temporarily as it needed new hardware. The fridge leaked water on the floor everyday and we had to keep a towel under it, I found a mop but it was full of hair and was yellow and brown. The area rug in the livingroom had stains all over it and the couch had a huge stain on the arm. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper total for 4 adults staying 6 nights so we had to go buy more. We eneded up having to buy paper towles as there wasnt even a full roll and had to purchase dishwasher detergent as they only provided 1 pack. There was no hand soap any where so had to buy that also. Had to buy detergent to wash towels with since there were only 6 towels total for the stay. Had to buy cleaning supplies as well since there was none to be found. Most of the utensils had been put away with food still on them as well. The remote for the livingroom was missing could not watch tv but maintenence brought one out a few hours after I messaged. The cabin was clean if you didn't look to hard. The outside had a huge yard and hot tub was clean. I would stay again if the things listed above were addressed and did not have to go buy all the things needed for daily use.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, Kayla. We’re truly glad to hear that you enjoyed the spacious yard and the clean hot tub. However, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. It's disappointing to know that the issues with the front door, deck door knob, and laundry room door were not addressed before your arrival, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have been for you.
Additionally, I’m sorry to hear about the leaking fridge and the condition of the mop, rug, and couch. These do not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, and I deeply regret any discomfort this caused you.
Your insights regarding the limited supplies, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and detergent, are invaluable. I can only imagine how frustrating it was to have to purchase items that should have been readily available for your stay. I also apologize for the oversight with the living room remote; I'm glad you reached out so we could resolve it quickly for you.
We genuinely appreciate your honesty, as it allows us to improve. Your willingness to stay with us again if these issues are resolved means a great deal to us, and we truly value the trust you place in us.
We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the seamless, stress-free experience you deserve. Thank you once again for your feedback.
