We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay. (before check in and after check out)

Must be clean and respectful guests!!! This is NOT a hotel room but our personal owned vacation condo, please treat it like it`s your own.

Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels, and beach chairs, or you can rent chairs, Umbrellas on the beach managed by the City. ( 05/30-09/05)

We are at building 1—small building ( more private ) with outdoor pool, our guests also have full access to enjoy our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs, Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2 & 3.

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No pets, No events, subject to $250 fine each.

*Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10am
* Minimum age requirement is 21 years old to book a reservation, NO more than 4 people in condo at any time. There’re cameras in lobby and elevator can be used to verify number of guests, $250 fine for Extra guests.
* No Smoking inside condo and balcony, No pets, No events, any sign/evidence of those will result in $250.00 Fine Each.
* Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.
* We provide our guests fresh towels to use, please take care of them, we charge for Missing, STAINED bedding, bath towels and Linens.( Replacement fee up to $80.00)
* We own all the items in the unit. This includes all bedding, blankets, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. ANY MISSING ITEMS will be charged to the guest (Subject to $80.00)
* Please DO NOT take our bath towels out of room to pools and beach.
* Please keep the Patio door Closed when you Use HVAC to make sure our HVAC system is not running hard, so you and other guests can be very comfortable when HVAC stay in a Good Condition.
* Amenities that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
*Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center
* Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hamper in bathroom, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everyone.
*Personal Items Left Behind: The owners are not responsible for lost or misplaced items left behind.
