This remodeled two-bedroom, one bath condo is conveniently located in the heart of Kihei nestled in the peaceful, quiet, and tropical boutique complex of Kihei Garden Estates. This open, airy, and spacious ground floor unit boasts a great location, tasteful decor, comfortable seating and can accommodate six. This end unit is a prime location within the complex featuring an unobstructed view of the beautiful garden setting from the updated extended, tiled Lanai. Located steps away from Waiohuli Beach, you will enjoy the short stroll to the white sandy beach.

From the living area, sliding glass doors open to the spacious lanai. The private lanai features beautiful, oversized, comfortable seating and tables to enjoy the breathtaking sunset colors, cool ocean breezes, the sound of the waves as well as spectacular views of the lush tropical manicured landscaping. The large lanai offers a peaceful place to relax with swaying palm trees in the trade winds.

The tiled living area features a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a smart TV, cable, high-speed Internet with WiFi and for your convenience, air conditioning and ceiling fans for those warm Maui days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including granite countertops, microwave, and a coffee maker. The dining room includes a table for four and a breakfast bar.

The two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a king-size bed both with luxurious linens, flat-screen Smart TV, air conditioners and ceiling fans. The bathroom has a luxurious tiled walk-in shower. This condo comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, cooler, and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Kihei Garden Estates is a boutique complex boasting tropical landscaping, a large, heated pool with attached kitchen area, an oversized hot tub, BBQ facilities, a gazebo, complimentary parking, and coin operated laundry.

The courtyard view offers a sense of space and direct connection to all the amenities of Kihei Garden Estates. Lush tropical grounds feature many of Maui's most beautiful flowers that surround the central pool pavilion. Kihei Garden Estates is conveniently located steps from sandy beaches as well as the shops and restaurants of Azeka Plaza and Times market. Just a few miles to the south is a shopping center that includes Safeway and Ross.

Perfect home away from home!

This was the perfect location for our quick vacation. There was restaurants and a grocery store right around the corner and we loved how the beach was steps away. The house itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Will 100% stay here again in the future!

Great Location

This unit and Kihei Garden Estates were wonderful. Everything was functional in the unit. It was nice to be half a block from the beach and the pool was great. A nice bonus to pick up mangos everyday in the courtyard and enjoy them with our meals.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kihei Garden Estates Unit D104. The Condo was very clean, well equiped and only 1/2 block walk to the beach. Very close to grocery store and Kihei outdoor market. Getting around the island is very easy from this location. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided at this location. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the Kihei condo. Condo was very nice, clean and comfortable with nice supplies for the beach provided - chairs, coolers, umbrellas and snorkeling gear! It's very close to a nice beach (1 minute walk) with sea turtles swimming and coming up on the beach in the evening. And very close to a grocery store (adjacent to the parking lot) and several restaurants Short drive to several beautiful snorkeling beaches in Wailea and not far from the airport, etc. Nice small pool and hot tub too. Definitely recommend the condo and visiting Maui!

Couples 25 year anniversary trip

My friends and I both celebrate our 25 year wedding anniversaries this year, so we decided to take a trip together to Maui as I am also discovering my ancestry and family there!! It was amazing! The island was perfect, I met my Ohana, the condo was exactly what we needed. I left a piece of my heart behind when we left, I cannot wait to return. Mahalo!!!

This property had all we needed and more. Especially good to have 3 air conditioners, along with ceiling fans. 2 blocks from the beach and from a great local grocery store. Has everything, from new appliances to flashlights, cleaning supplies, and a full set of silverware and dishes. Also, nice snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and towels. The lanai was lovely, and we were impressed with the daily upkeep of the gardens and pool.

Lovely lanai

Our lanai was a great gathering place for our family who stayed in 2 condos to either side of us. The proximity to a beach & the central pool & BBQ area were big pluses. Our grandchildren aged 6, 5, 2 & 3 years loved the pool & hot tub & spent many hours there. The beach chairs & towels provided were much appreciated. The condo itself is a bit dated but was very comfortable & had everything we needed. It would be nice to have a smart tv & we weren’t able to turn on the bedroom tvs so maybe the remote’s batteries needed replacing. But we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. It was great being on the ground level. All in all a very pleasant stay. Mahalo

Perfect for our family

Condo was literally 2-3 min walking distance to the beach. Seen turtles everyday, private beach seamed like. Beach chairs and snorkeling gear was available at condo. Grocery store behind condos. Very nice location. I will consider staying here again. Btm floor was nice for kids. They could just play outside while mom and dad cleaned up got ready. Only a couple things in the condo were annoying though. Toilet wouldn’t flush very good. Trash can sliding drawer was broken, but in the big picture not a big deal. Really is a little peace of heaven!

Just a 2 min walk to the beach, so we were able to see the sunset every night. Showers to clean off sand from you feet. Right down the street from Times Supermarket. Straight shot to the main highways to get back to Airport, Road to Hana, Kula, Lahaina, and all the beaches. The condo very clean and well equipped with towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking. The bathroom rug made it a bit difficult to close the door, but other than that we had the BEST time here and would definitely stay here again! There’s a swap meet down the street every Monday - Saturday too ;) Mahalo Nui Loa, Kihei Garden Estates D104! 🧡

A lovely stay

It felt like home when we entered the unit. Everything we needed were there. The location is good. Nearby restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Nice beaches within a short walk. Easy access to many places in Maui. It’s almost like centrally located. The apartment compound has a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. My only complain about the jacuzzi is that there are bugs that came out when the jet is turned on. This happened all the time. The compound maintenance may need to do a clean up of the interior pipe. I’m not sure whether the water is clean because of the bugs presence when the jet is on.Overall we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We will stay here again if we visit Maui in future.

Nice condo with a great lanai right near a great beach

Our family stayed at this condo for 9 days. The check-in process was easy. The position of the unit in the complex is great, a corner unit on the other end of the complex from the pool so it was relatively quiet. It's in a great location in Kihei, right near a calm beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The lanai opening out onto the grass was wonderful for our toddler to run outside and play. The unit was mostly clean, but we did find quite a few crumbs under the couch and coffee table. It's also listed as having a king-sized bed but both rooms have queen beds, which was very disappointing because that was one of the reasons we had selected this rental. The property managers were very quick to respond, however it was difficult to get some questions answered that should have been straightfoward. When we noticed that there was no dishwasher detergent, we received several conflicting messages telling us it was provided (there wasn't any), but instead there was dawn dish soap. The pool and hot tub were also closed for the last two days of our trip for maintenance, but we weren't notified ahead of time. The pool was another reason we had selected the place, so between that closure and the lack of King bed we would have chosen a different rental.

This condo is located feet from the beach. It is on the far side of the complex from the beach, but it took literally less than a minute to get from the door to the beach. The beach here has almost no waves, so it wouldn't be great for a boogie boarder, but it's perfect for small children. They have a small cooler and 5 beach chairs available. Anything else, you can rent at Boss Frogs for a reasonable price. There are 2 bedrooms, and I don't think they are actually king and queen. Possibly Queen and full size. They have in unit washer and dryer, which was very helpful for lots of wet beach stuff. There is a grocery store right next door. Not the best priced and lots of homeless people, but it was very useful for a quick stop to get some essentials. There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. You can also walk to a Longs. I would say our only complaint was noisy air conditioning units, which frequently woke us up at night. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would love to come back again!

Oasis in Kihei

This is the second time we have stayed in units in Kihei Garden Estates. It is a peaceful, well equipped and well maintained property. The unit was well equipped and clean with everything you need for fun at the beach included. We tried not to use the AC much but it was a nice treat to cool down the bedrooms at night. Mahalo

Clean, relaxing, convenient condo

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this condo. The things we especially enjoyed were the beach which is directly across the street and very pretty, the grocery store within walking distance, the Lanai to relax and hang out in, the people who live too. It wasn’t totally full of tourists and more people that actually live there were around. The grounds and the pool were most lovely. No body bothered us yet we could get assistance if we needed it. Would love to visit again.

Amazing stay in paradise!

Wow everything was absolutely perfect! The location is a 1 min walk from the beach and 1 min walk to grocery stores and a ton of food. The house was very clean and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and cooler for our beach days! I would definitely come back again. We really liked the comfy couches in the lanai and the hot tub and pool too. There wasn't a key to turn on the jets for the jacuzzi though or maybe we just didn't find it, but plenty of people turned it on for us in the complex.

Loved the location. Close to beach. Beautiful grounds. Quiet safe area. Loved having air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Very clean condo. Lots of towels. Handy having washer and dryer in suite. The only downside is lack of soundproofing. Could hear neighbours above.

Family Vacay

We had a great time overall! The condo was beautiful and right near the beach. The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that this is not really a kid friendly complex. We received lots of looks from the other tennants while walking and talking in the complex with our kids. We even had some complaints when our kids were just playing in the pool well before quiet hour.
