Located on a quiet street in Old Mammoth boasting beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, this condo provides deluxe accommodations near the slopes of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. Here on the edge of lovely open space and close to the Snowcreek Golf Course, you'll be only two miles from Eagle Lodge and the heart of Mammoth Village. The condo is accessed via a set of five steps, and is a two-story layout with the main suite on the ground floor. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, as well as a separate walk-in shower! This rental is also equipped with a premium, updated WiFi and a Nest smart thermostat. Although this condo is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with Mammoth’s mild summer temperatures.
Start each day on a tasty note with a fresh cup fo coffee on the private balcony. Unwind in one of the three shared outdoor hot tubs after a day of adventures, and come home to find comfortable furnishings and a thoughtfully remodeled kitchen. The open living space is full of light, offering a plush sectional sofa in front of a fireplace and a flatscreen TV, a dining room table for six, and sliding doors that lead to the balcony overlooking the mountains. Each of the two bedrooms, including a primary suite, provides direct access to the outdoors.

Great location, away from the town and quiet. 4 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. Sunny Unit and well equipped kitchen. We cook in and there was plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc…Like being across from the hot tub and trash. Very happy with the stay, if we go back we would rent the unit again.
This was a nice place out of the hustle of downtown. We enjoyed it.

Great condo located in a complex that makes you feel like you’re in an upscale neighborhood. Parking right in front and great westerly views. 2nd time staying here and there will be more.

Quiet and convenient location .
We had a great time skiing Mammoth mountain. This location was ideal for us as we prefer being on the outskirts of town and conveniently close to old Mammoth town for shopping and use of the bike/walk paths.

Great stay.
Loved the space and location. Super close to town, price point is great, spacious for our family of 4. Would def be back. Management was quick to respond to questions and resolve any issues.
This property checks all the boxes and is in a beautiful area with 3 different sliding glass doors to allow the outside in. Clean, well maintained and supplied. I would stay here again.

Pretty location, unit was clean, enjoyed our stay.
We've stayed at this property several times and always enjoy our stay. Great location, peaceful yet close to lifts and restaurant, and very well appointed. The only issue is that the TV/Cable were not working and it took over 24 hours to get the issue resolved. A day without TV is not the worse thing but on a cold and snowy vacation day being able to relax on the couch and watch March Madness or a movie is a great way to unwind.

This condo, located in Snowcreek, is an ideal base for Mammoth adventures. It was clean, well-stocked with all kitchen gear, and affordable. We went in winter, and it's a short drive to and from the mountain. We also enjoyed snowshoeing to Mammoth Rock, as the Sherwin Meadow is just behind the property. You can even walk to Old Mammoth (the Vons center), but getting to the Village is better done in a car.

Excellent Family Vacation Option
Very quiet location on edge of Old Mammoth Meadow, with nature views off back decks, and good view of Mammoth Rock off front deck. Outdoor spa conveniently located across street from unit, as well as bear-proof trash receptacles for trash and recyclables. Tastefully decorated, full well-equipped kitchen (even a Keurig!), and board games and videos for kids and adults. Extra linens and full laundry in unit, and dual vanity, walk-in shower, and tub/shower combination in master suite. I highly recommend this property for families, and would stay here again.
The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and in a very nice location. Just far enough away that you felt and enjoyed the peace and quite of the mountains, but only a few minute away from town, lifts, and the Village.
Our only complaint is with the local customer service team that never showed during our five days to fix the internet and cable problems we reported.

Nice condo
Nice condo in a fairly densely populated development. Clean and well equipped. Upstairs gets pretty hot in warm weather and there was no screen door on the upstairs bedroom to keep the skeeters and bugs out.

Quiet location with great view of Mountains out of the front and back decks. Very relaxing listening to the breeze through the aspen leaves. Had one little issue with the grill. The tank was left on so it empty and there was no secondary tank.

Awful. Wasn’t informed of ongoing construction, had numerous vendors bothering me for entry daily. No privacy, no quiet for the entire stay. Vacasa rep non existent, and obviously went out of their way to avoid personally speaking to me. D-
