A good price and location for a Branson family vacation

The facility was in a good location for all Branson activities without being directing in the traffic or on the strip. The layout is very good for six or so people, with plenty of bed space and two full bathrooms. There were some minor maintenance issues that keep it from being a five-star value, and unfortunately we had trouble finding parking for our two vehicles.

This was a good, but not a great place to stay. The price is right, and the spacing is perfect for six or so people, with plenty of beds and two full bathrooms. There were a number of minor maintenance issues upon check in that we notified the property manager of, and they noted them and took them to heart. So if fixed it could move this from a good stay to a great stay.

Pleasant stay

Accommodations were comfortable. Beds were firm but not too hard. Bathrooms were roomy. Living room furniture did have some dust and floor could have used a sweeping before our arrival. Overall, it met our needs and was a pleasant stay

Convenient location.

This unit was located just a few minutes from Silver dollar city, or Branson Central just a couple miles off a main highway. Unit was was clean and well kept. Check in and check out process very simple without any extra steps. BBQ grill is an open camp style charcoal grill with some picnic tables at the end of the parking lot.

Comfortable home for vacation stay

This home is continently located near the attractions. It is a duplex, but we didn’t have any issues with noise. Parking is definitely limited and in the evening you might not be able to park in front of your house. The water pressure isn’t the best but it gets the job done. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed it.

Family spring break

This property had plenty of space. Beds were firm, which i liked. The walls were thin and not well insulated. We had to continuously remind our five year old to be quiet. The view is nice, and the kitchen included all the essentials. I really liked having a full size washer and dryer. Parking may be in issue sometimes. Overall it was a great stay.

Terrible VRBO

The property is dirty. It is as if everything in the unit was an after thought. Nothing matched. There were stains on the furniture and rugs. Why there are rugs in a VRBO I don't know. The property was so noisy from the neighbors that live there full time. The internet connection is terrible. We needed to use it for work while we were there and didn't work properly. There is no master bedroom and no locks on any of the bedroom doors for privacy. I would not stay here again or use Vacasa as a management company. They were terrible to work with. We sent multiple emails asking for information before we stayed at the property and never got a response. In fact we contacted VRBO with a question because we weren't sure it was even a ligit place because no one ever got back to us.

Great location and easy access

Loved that it was close to town but felt private. This unit didn’t involve any stairs which is wonderful with luggage. Although it states it’s on level 1. It’s actually the middle level of a 3 level building. I liked having a code to get in door so I didn’t have to keep up with a key. Although it was too long for me to memorize. The Balcony is not private from the neighbors next door but no one else from other buildings can see you. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for a large group.

Great location

Nice Branson location! Perfect for our group of 8. Upstairs neighbors were loud but they were also rental guests so that’s just the luck of the draw for our stay I guess. 2 bathrooms had plenty of hot water of all of us but the water pressure was blah. Beds were fine and the AC was cold! For all the coffee drinkers, there was both a Keurig and a 4 cup drip coffee pot…my husband always asks which one a rental has lol.

Loved the location

Easy access to everything. Wished the internet connection was a little stronger. Bring alternative options if you have teenagers that need internet. Very great spot for 2 families! Bathrooms are not attached to any bedrooms. Not a deal breaker but be prepared. Bathrooms are super nice with great towels. Super clean spot.

Great visit in Branson!

We had a very pleasant stay in our Vineyards Condo. Neighbor was a great guy to visit with hubby He was permanent resident so gave helpful hints. Entry/exit was a bit confusing at first, but quick call and problem solved. Not used to the steep hills all over as we are residents of midwest. Anxious to go back
