Family annual vacation

We love Wailea Beach Villas and this is our 6th trip to the property. We've never rented theu VRBO but the process was seamless and the layout of the unit fit our family's needs perfectly

We have rented this unit 3 years in a row. There have been no updates at all in the unit during that time. Furniture was dirty and the unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. My daughter had to call housekeeping to come and clean. The towels are fair at best and the bedding as well. The couch pillows on the lanai are moldy. Hand showers and shower heads in some bathrooms were not functioning well if at all. We also couldn't connect to apple TV on the main TV so we couldn't stream our shows.

Loved the outdoor space and tech in the condo. Two large masters and a large room with 2 beds for the teens. Well equipped kitchen and appliances. Thanks to the concierge, front desk, security personnel and guys at the beach. Dishwasher didn't work as mentioned previously.

Annual family HI trip

We love coming to HI and staying in this condo. This was our 3rd year staying in the condo. We were disappointed with several things upon our arrival. several pots were not clean, the phones didn't work, lamps didn't work, the grill didn't work. All of this was fixed but the fact that no one thoroughly checked all these things before we arrived was disappointing. Other than that we loved it.

The property was just as delightful as last year with a few exceptions. It wasn't as clean as usual. It was dirty under the couches and the trays on the bathroom counters also weren't very clean. Also, the booklet for how things work has the wrong dishwasher in it. The actual dishwasher in the unit is very confusing to work so instructions would be extremely helpful. Other than that it was wonderful and we already booked for 2025!

Perfect stay in paradise

This stay exceeded all expectations! The condo was very spacious for our 5 adult and 1 infant group, and it was very nicely furnished. The location was close to the beach and also Shops at Wailea. The staff supporting the condo facilities were very friendly and accomodating. It really felt like luxury, and we hope to return someday soon!

Excellent Family Villa

Modern and updated villa with everything a gourmet chef could want. Excellent top/3rd floor location, spacious bedroom suites and common areas including outdoor spaces. Beautiful views, quiet community but walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach amenities. Loved the adult pool right on the beach with friendly and helpful attendants.

Wonderful place to spend time with family

We love this place at the Villas. It has a wonderful ocean view, is near the waterfall for nice ambience, close to the family pool, and also convenient to shopping and restaurants. It’s a win win for us. We wish we could stay longer.

Great property and visit

Overall we had an amazing trip. The property is exactly as advertised and is perfect for eight people. The pictures show you very well what to expect. Check in process was simple and Chelsea was terrific to work with. This is our fourth trip to Wailea Beach Villas and we will definitely go back. The only bummer on the trip was they did routine maintenance there the last day on the air conditioner and the maintenance crew could not get it restarted. We had maintenance in the room most of the last day - they left at 9:00pm - and sleeping that night was uncomfortable as the temperature was in the 80s. Not exactly how we wanted to end our trip. Would have been nice to have been given something in return for the inconvenience however nobody really took any accountability for the situation. Otherwise it was a great trip.
