This "01" end unit is probably considered the best location in the Colony Surf. Enjoy cooling Hawaii trade winds that pass through from the Diamond Head windows to the ocean side windows. So much to see from this ocean facing unit. Check out the surf, marine life (turtles, seals, whales), all types of water craft, and ocean going vessels off shore passing by. See the stunning Waikiki coast line lit up at night. Watch the Friday night fireworks from this unit.
Take the elevator down to the beach with typically calm conditions excellent for swimming. Good surfing in the Summer time.
Rated as one of the top most romantic restaurants in the US, Michel's Restaurant is located in the lobby level of the building. Other restaurants just a few minutes away. Or take a 15 minute walk into Waikiki for many dining and entertainment options.

We love the Colony Surf building and believe it is truly a gem. We enjoy the unit several times a year and enjoy sharing it with others.
Why they chose this property
Personally we feel this is the best neighborhood on the Island. It's called the Gold Coast after all! You are at the foot of Diamond Head, on the ocean and with Kapiolani Park and Waikiki at your fingertips if you like.
