Tranquil Studio Apartment with Mountain Views.

This quaint 700 sqft above-garage apartment is fully equipped for relaxation and adventure. The main home is adjacent to the garage and is completely separated from the studio. Garage doors are quiet-close, so your peace shouldn't be disturbed. We cannot guarantee that the local osprey or blue heron won't call out to you on their way to the rivers edge, which is just a short stroll at the edge of the property.
The Space
This newly built cozy apartment has an all-open floor plan with:
~Fully equipped kitchen
~Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, keurig cup/pot coffee maker, french press coffee, blender, toaster
~Wifi, 52" Smart TV with free channels and downloaded streaming apps
~1 queen bed, 1 queen murphy bed, large cough pull-out to queen size sleeper
~Games, books and Maps.
~Full sized washer and dryer
Guest access
~Do not park anywhere in front of the garage doors. The main guest parking is marked as "Guest Parking". Please park to the right, across from the garage doors in front of the "Guest Parking" sign. When needing additional parking please park to the right side of the circle driveway so other cars can pass. Do not park directly in front of garage doors.. I still have to make it to work;)

~This is a self check-in apartment.
Other things to note
~We have a dog named Ara. If she barks at you all you need to do is say "hello Ara how are you? Where is your ball?" That will usually stop her barking very quickly. She loves guests but needs to let the family know that someone new is near:)
~We also have two chickens Mocha and Latte so don't be surprised if you see them running around.
~Please look at all pictures provided for the best information about us and your stay. If you have questions please ask:)
~We have a Frisbee Golf course (fun all year around), Horse Shoes and cornhole available on our property. If interested let us know and we will try to accommodate you!
~Also have two kayaks with life vests and paddles for summertime use if arranged before hand.

Modern Studio Apartment

This was nice, quiet, modern studio apartment 15-20 minutes from the Glacier entrance and 5 minutes from groceries and shops in Columbia Falls. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Brandi and Chad were thoughtful hosts--thank you so much!!!

The place was adorable. Brandi has quite a knack for decorating and baking. She had fruit and cookies for our stay. Our stay was short but I would not have a problem staying longer if we returned. Their two greeters were adorable

Very cute property. Owners were very responsive and gave us some nice freebies such as pastries and a bottle of wine. Excellent location for a trip to Glacier. We ate dinner in Columbia Falls two nights, and in Whitefish and Kalispell each one night. It was an easy drive to Glacier. There was a Super 1 grocery store close by. Also convenient to airport and car rental. We saw numerous deer on the property. Baggies and condiments were provided and made packing a lunch for Glacier very easy.

Great Location

The apartment was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The site was centrally located for all that we wanted to do. The space was clean and quiet. The host graciously left us fruit, pastries and fudge for our stay. If we're in the area again, we will definitely choose this place again.

Good location, just far enough out of Columbia Falls to feel secluded, but still convenient to town. Our home base for our visit to Glacier NP. Only a few minutes to Whitefish or Kalispell. Most thoughtfully and well stocked rental we have ever had. Even provided treats for our arrival. Very clean. Open and bright. Owners were very responsive. Only thing we would have added would be room darkening shades for lazy mornings and more variety of K-cups.

Great place to stay if you are planning to visit the west portion of Glacier National Park

Lovely and nice place. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Location is close to grocery area and about 25 mins drive towards west entrance of the park . Good accommodations for up to 6 people. Rental place is on the second floor .

Awesome property! Great place to stay. Hosts communicated well, easy check in process, delicious treats, and if you forgot anything, they have it! Cute doggo too! 3 of us stayed here comfortably. We didn’t use all the amenities but there was a lot! 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I are both from this beautiful area and happy that be built our own home in the same town in which we were raised. That is why we are excited to share this special place with others. We love snowboarding and skiing in the winter and paddleboarding, camping and outdoor concerts in the summer. The amazing surroundings we have here provide us with everything we love.

Why they chose this property

We live in a quite friendly neighborhood that is nuzzled in close to the Flathead River at the end of a dead end road just a few miler south of Columbia Falls. We feel pretty spoiled being in a country setting AND having everything we need so near by. Yes...you CAN have your cake and eat it too;)
