The trailer was quite old and some places in the floor felt unstable. It was very cramped. The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower/tub was old, small with a plastic tubed shower head that was taped with electrical tape, The existing spray was sporadic, scattered and unusable. No stove available. There was some kind of industrial noise and trains all night long. There were also roosters that began crowing at 5 am. The path to the trailer was a mudhole, wood shavings the hosts put down made it usable but not a perfect fix. Disappointing is an understatement.

Not a remote getaway!
Let's talk about the positives first. The place was clean on the inside, the beds comfortable, and the hosts were nice people. Wifi had no internet access so the TV was useless. The "full" kitchen had no oven. The "full" bath had a 1/2 size bathtub.
If you are looking for a private retreat, this is not it. The owners house is immediately to the left and another trailer/rv immediately to the right. The sitting area outside needed cleaning and the grill looked like it had been hit by a truck. Empty planters were in the corner and the host's bathroom window looked directly at it. The " pond" was not much more than a hole in the ground with what looks like a water feature in disrepair at one end. The fire pit area looked to have had no attention in a long time. It had rained very hard the morning of our stay and we had to wade water to get in the room. We read in room reviews about muffins, snacks and treats being left. We found a couple of bottles of water in the frig.
My wife and I appreciated the cleanliness of the inside but I feel the outside had not had any attention in quite awhile.

Very clean! Left snacks! Very comfortable! The host was very polite and helpful. We kept in communication with the host and she guided us on our trip. There were extra pillows, blankets, towel and everything we needed. We didn't have a problem during our visit at all. High suggest this location and will visit again in the future.
Shannon and Joel were wonderful hosts thanks again so much!

The host were wonderful. The decor was warm and inviting. Close to where we needed to be. All the comforts of home. We look forward to staying again when in the area.
Remodeled RV with lots of personal touches makes for a unique stay. Plenty of outdoor space and amenities expand the living area beyond the RV. The vacation home is as described in the listing, no hassle check in and check out, and the owners are very responsive to inquiries. Would definitely stay there again.
Truly a great experience. Exactly as described… well better actually. Shannon and Joel we’re the unexpected part. They were so accommodating and nice. There were also treats and and anniversary gift waiting on us when we got there… how thoughtful!!! We were looking for a low key place, close to home, where we could relax and recharge. This place and these folks provided just that.
Just a little note about Shannon’s kindness. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the camper. We called and she was at work 20 minutes away. She left and drove 20 minutes just to let us in. That along with her thoughtfulness make this property top notch for us. A great weekend had.
Fun, new experience in a camper. Cute, clean camper. The kids had a blast. I really appreciated all the extra goodies and Shannon’s s communication with us.
