This house was amazing! Beautifully appointed and perfect for our family of 10. Everyone had a bedroom/bath and the kids loved their own space downstairs! Although the house is large it was warm and cozy and the views of the mountain outstanding. The location for the shuttle to town or skiing was perfect. If we ever come back to Breckenridge we would definitely stay here!
This is a duplex with 4 levels and bad parking. The other guests staying had 5 cars and stuff all strung outside the house. We couldn’t even use our own front door due to their belongings outside and so many cars we had to park down the driveway.
We loved the house. It was well supplied, including baby gates and high chair. Soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing was a great way to end the day. Will definitely stay again.
The house is amazing and the views are even more so. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Rory was great to work with. We loved every bit of it including, the large kitchen table, cozy great room fire place, amazing master bedroom and bath, hot tub, and fire pit. The secondary bedrooms were also very nice and comfortable. We want to go back soon.
The property was beautiful for 8 of us that skied in Breck for the weekend. Communication and check in could not have been smoother.
The technology in the house is a bit out dated, but this isn’t something that mattered very much to us.
Overall great and I highly recommend!
This is a great place to stay! Beautiful home and has everything you could need. Kitchen has everything to cook a gourmet meal. Lots of space to spread out. Hot tub and game room for entertainment. Having the garage for vehicles is a nice bonus. The baby gates and pac n play were much appreciated.
We stayed here for the week of my daughter's wedding with our family of 5 and my new son in law's family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone! Gorgeous views of the mountains. The guys loved the game room/pool table. House was clean and well stocked. Four stars due to the driveway conditions. Had to be towed out 2 times which cost us 500. Got a ticket for another 150 for parking at the top of the drive since we were unable to turn into the drive without sliding into a neighbor's car (which also happened and will cost us another 1200 in damage to our vehicle and theirs. We drive a Tahoe 4x4 and are very familiar with snow conditions. Contacted the property manager and was told we should just use the shuttle )which we couldn't while doing wedding prep). He eventually sent someone to push the snow off the drive but the operator told us it would do no good unless the thick layer of ice underneath was treated. On the day of the wedding (and after being towed out) we had to go buy bags of sand to spread over the drive so we could get our vehicles (all 4x4s) out of the driveway. Extremely frustrating for that not to be a priority for management. The neighbors also had a couple incidences and trouble getting out. Great property, just maintain the driveway for your guests!!!

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
I never leave bad reviews, but we felt completely deceived by this listing.
Cons:
1. This is not a private house. It’s a duplex with neighbors on both sides, jacuzzis that face each other, a shared fire pit and driveway (the images show a completely private property, which is just not the case)
2. This is a 3-level house. You’ll be sick of all those stairs by the first day. This layout takes a lot away from an enjoyable stay.
Pros
1. Everything else is as described and the property manager was quick to resolve a cleaning issue.
Bottom line: There’s nothing worse in life than being lied to. I would not return nor recommend this property.

Not a Private Home
We reserved this property for our family of my wife and I and our 4 adult children. We were completely surprised to find out this property is a duplex. This is not a private home at all. Had we know this, there is absolutely no way we would have rented it.
The home is beautiful and fully stocked. We made total use of the house, hot tub and fire pit during our week stay. Our kids all had their own rooms and the home is well laid out. There is no privacy to this home being a duplex and there are two more multifamily homes right next door. All of these homes share a common driveway.
I called the owner immediately upon our arrival and he did offer to let us leave and he would fully refund all of our money. We did not want to waste a day of our vacation moving so he did send me back one full day's rental as a way to make it up to us. I am surprised though that he still lists this property as a private home. There is nothing private about it.
The property was perfect. We had a family of 5 and a family of 4, so 9 all together. There was more than enough space for all of us. The house was kept up very well. The kitchen/dining/living space with the open window with the incredible view of Breck was great. The bedrooms were all spacious and very nice. We also enjoyed some great pool matches in the game-room. We also enjoyed the outdoor amenities, including the spa and firepit.
The views from the back of this house are stunning. The shuttle bus is very close by. It does take a little planning because it comes hourly but it was on time. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever experienced at a rental. The hot tub was great and overall our experience was fabulous. We will definitely come back
Traditional luxury. A couple of foxes visited daily. Great views. Nice property up in the mountains 10min from downtown Breckenridge. Kitchen was well appointed for a Thanksgiving Feast. Has everything. We would rent again.
We had an amazing time staying here! The views are the best and there are even some foxes that visit daily!!! Communication with the homeowner was great and he was super helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a gumbo while there! I cannot say enough good things about the house, we will definitely be back!
Everything was perfect for our family reunion. We all enjoyed many hours soaking in the beautiful hot tub as well as sitting by the fireplace looking out over the snowy mountains. Would highly recommend this property
We had a great stay at Club House 61. Everything was perfect at the house and Mike was really helpfull with everything we asked regarding our stay or activities in town. We will definitely be back and enjoy those amazing views and amenities at the house.
On top of the world with Breckenridge at your feet.
Hats off to Mike and his team for the property at 61 Club House. This was the best equipped property we've ever encountered in over 30 years of travel in the US and Europe. Thoroughly enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, as we love to cook. All the facilities, cookware and appliances were top notch. Details down to a diverse selection of cooking spices demonstrated the dedication to provide a first class experience. My wife wants to redesign our kitchen to mirror this place. The beds were extremely comfortable and each room had its own humidifier (key in the mountain air). Laundry could handle the Denver Broncos locker room. Showers were hot and the water pressure would take the paint off an old barn. Fantastic after a day on the slopes. The great room with its grand stonework fireplace and ceiling to floor windows provided a picturesque view of the mountains and resort that was the jewel of this mountain retreat. Each morning we would flip the chairs around and enjoy the sunrise view with our coffee. The nighttime view was equally spectacular from the house, but nothing beat building a fire in the fire pit and sitting back in the Adirondack chairs while savoring a glass of wine or a cocktail. Snow and ice-free heated driveway, hot tub with mountain views, the fire pit with plenty of split, dry wood, pool table, game room, cinema seating for the TV and video gaming - no detail was overlooked. Location was convenient to town and the slopes (not to mention the free shuttle at the end of the street). We will definitely be back.
I have nothing negative to say about our stay. It was perfect. The condo was so nice. It was clean, well decorated (Christmas tree and all) , well stocked kitchen, and the best views!! Can’t wait to book again.
A perfect home for a get together with family and friends! We all enjoyed our stay in this amazing location in Breck. It was exactly what we were hoping for with a large kitchen a dining area and a spectacular view of the Breckenridge ski peaks.
We spent 5 nights here over Christmas with our extended family. If you ever look through the postcard stand in a Colorado drug store, the picture on the Breckenridge postcard is exactly the view you’ll have from the living room/kitchen/master bedroom #1. It’s a panoramic view of all the ski runs & mountain peaks. We had every couch and chair in the living room flipped around so we could sit in front of the huge windows and enjoy the view while we drank coffee, had cocktails, opened presents, etc. A mother & baby moose slept by the fire pit our first night, & a red fox was another frequent visitor. The view alone makes this place worth it.
The cabin is great too. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds on the same level, & 2 queen bedrooms on another level. Everyone appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is a second coffee maker, ice maker, sink, & mini fridge on the lower level (where the pool table & access to the hot tub are) that came in handy for people to make drinks & popcorn if they were staying up late to watch movies or play pool.
If you want a low key, relaxing vacation, you can easily enjoy yourself without leaving the cabin. We used the hot tub on the lower patio every night. My pregnant wife couldn’t go in but really enjoyed some quiet time alone in the giant master #1 jacuzzi tub instead. Our whole group sat around the huge fire pit on Christmas Eve and had fun cooking brauts and s’mores for dinner.
Amenities we weren’t expecting:
-Christmas tree and poinsettia
-Board games in the loft
-Endless TV channels & On Demand
-Humidifier in every bedroom
-Blow dryer in every bathroom
-Pack n play for our toddler to sleep in
-Huge stack of firewood for the fire pit
-4-5 sleds
-2 pairs of snow shoes
If you want to get out of the cabin, there’s plenty to do too. Apart from skiing, the town of Breckenridge is very charming and we enjoyed walking around with the Christmas lights on at night and having a beer at the bars. Georgetown is only a 40 min drive so we booked a Christmas Eve ride on their Santa train. Our 2 year old loved it but the adults enjoyed it even more because the trains are wonderfully restored & the views of the mountains & woods can’t be beat. There’s a public park with a long sledding hill about a 10 min drive from the cabin where we took our toddler sledding as well.
By the end of the trip one of the grandparents was already looking into renting this place again for Christmas next year!
