This home has 3 stories with a balcony on the top two stories. It is located in the best place on 30A....Blue Mountain beach, right next to Grayton Beach. It comes with an optional Golf Cart that is offered at a discounted price for your stay with free delivery and pick-up. Less than .5 mile from the Gulf of Mexico! A one minute walk to the community pool and exercise room. It took me 9 minutes to walk to beach. It is a 3 minute golf cart ride with parking at the boardwalk for the golf cart. Here are the average prices on golf carts on 30A - Daily prices for 30A golf cart rentals are $125 for four passengers plus a delivery fee. WE ARE ONLY CHARGING $70 PER DAY WITH NO DELIVERY FEE.

It has always been my dream to own a 2nd home off of 30A and we finally accomplished this as a family. We love being on the water, whether it is at home on the lake in GA or here in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We have pets that we have rescued that are like our children. We have 2 grown children and love spending as much time with them as we can. I am dedicated to making you feel at home when you rent our beautiful Blue Mountain Beach home!
Why they chose this property
My husband and I love 30A but felt like some of the areas were getting too crowded.... this is when we found and fell in love with Blue Mountain Beach and our search began. We finally found our dream home in a gated community within walking distance to the beach and were sold. We fell in love with the resort style pool and exercise room too!
What makes this property unique
The most wonderful restaurants are right here! People travel from Rosemary to experience Mimmos, The Red Bar, Shunk Gulley, Red Fish Taco, and Local Catch which are all right at your fingertips, when you stay here!
