Très étonné de lire une note pareille, personne de mauvaise fois, car je les ai eu au téléphone pour leur indiquer comment fonctionnait la plaque de cuisson. Donc je ne vois pas en quoi la communication n’a pas été bonne. Dommage d’avoir affaire à des personnes avec ce comportement.
