The house OBERHÜS offers in the newly built 5-room Frisian semi-detached house on about 120 square meters of living space for 4 to 9 people (max 6 adults plus children). It is very comfortable equipped with underfloor heating, controlled ventilation, 2 modern bathrooms and a holiday home equipment that leaves nothing to be desired.

The garden with large sun terrace in front of the house invites you to grilling and relaxing. In the back of the garden is an area for children with climbing frame and children's playhouse.

The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with large UHD TV with Internet access, DVD player, Wii console and direct access to the terrace in the garden. The attached kitchen is fully equipped.


On 1st and 2nd OG are 4 bedrooms (2 with TV) with a total of 9 beds.

Tolles Haus - Toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt! Extraklasse für Kinder. Alles da, was das Kinderherz höher schlagen lässt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte wirklich an gar nichts! Vielen Dank!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Sie lies keinen Wunsch offen. Gerade wer mit kleinen Kindern reist, wird dort alles vorfinden, was man benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub für die ganze Familie !!!

Ich bin total begeistert wie das Haus ausgestattet ist...teilweise sogar besser als Zuhause...alles da was das Herz begehrt: Töpfchen, Wickeltisch, Babywanne mit Badespielzeug, Tritthocker fürs Waschbecken, Kinderreisebett, Hochstuhl, Buggy, Babyspielzeug, Kinderbücher, Kindergeschirr, Steckdosensicherung, Kinderzimmer voll verdunkelbar und auch wir Erwachsenen konnten das Haus voll geniessen (super Matratzen, tolle Einrichtung, sehr schöne Bäder)... Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und haben uns tolle Tipps für unsern Urlaub gegeben . Ich kann wirklich nichts negatives über dieses sehr saubere und liebevoll geführte Ferienhaus sagen und es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Oberhüs!!!

Einfach TOP!!

Wir haben im Oberhüs eine wundervolle Woche mit unseren Kindern und den Omas verbracht. Das Haus ist total neu, super schön mit Liebe zum Detail und zugleich sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wunderbar grosse Bäder - grade mit einer so grossen Truppe. Selbst für unser kleines Baby war quasi alles da, von Wickeltisch über Babybadewanne bis Reisebettchen. Da reist man gleich mit viel weniger Gepäck an, was insb. Den Papa freut :) Alles ist in einem neuen bzw. super gepflegten Zustand. Selbst die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus super ausgestattet - z.b. scharfe Messer, eine tolle Kaffeemaschine und Induktionskochplatten! Es gibt einen tollen Bäcker in der Nähe, bei dem man schnell mit den Fahrrädern morgens frisches Baguette und Croissants holen kann (Bäckerei Breede in Haffkrug) Für unsere Kinder war es wunderbar, im Garten am Haus spielen zu können. Da dies geschützt hinter dem Haus ist, konnte man sie einfach rauslassen und sie haben sich im Gartenhäuschen und Klettergeländer vergnügt. Auch an den vielen Spielsachen und Büchern haben sie sich sehr erfreut - und wir Eltern auch! Auch das Meer war schnell zu erreichen, insb. Durch die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder. Insgesamt muss man sagen, dass trotz der Anreise-Strapazen mit Baby aus Süddeutschland die Woche einfach toll war und wir uns sehr entspannt haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Perfekte Unterkunft für mehrere Generationen

Wir waren mit 9 Personen zwischen 7 und 70 Jahren und somit 3 Generationen vor Ort. Im perfekt ausgestatteten Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Tage auch am nahen Sandstrand genossen!

Super Ferien in "Oberhüs"

Das Haus war in einem nagelneuen Zustand und mit der besten Ausstattung die ich je in einem Ferienhaus hatte. Für uns (4 Erwachsene mit 5 Kindern - 5 - 14 Jahre) war alles an Spiel und Lesemöglichkeiten gegeben die es gibt. Die Bilder im Netz trafen genau das was wir vor Ort vorgefunden haben. Die Entfernung zum Bäcker oder auch zum Strand war selbst für den Kleinsten sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem vorhandenen Kinderrad leicht erreichbar. Ausflüge nach Lübeck, Boot, Hansapark sehr schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Die Mappe bei Übergabe des Hauses hatte alles was man brauchte um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen (Infos zum Haus, Infos zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Infos zu Restaurants sowie jede Menge Prospekte zu Ausflugszielen) Es gibt tatsächlich nichts, was wir ändern würden. Wir haben uns "zu Hause gefühlt". Die Übergabe und Betreuung durch Frau Oberhauser hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Zusammenfassung: 5 Sterne auf das Ferienhaus 5 Sterne auf die Ausstattung 5 Sterne auf Spiele (Brettspiele, Wii, Bücher) 5 Sterne auf Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was das Herz begehrt

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Familie Oberhauser. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gerade für Familien mit (kleineren) Kindern geeignet. Von Büchern über Brettspiele und Lego Duplo, Fahrrädern, Laufrad, Spielehaus im Garten, Wii ist alles vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
