Beautiful Cape Coral home ready to accommodate any family or group traveling to the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area! The home is only 30 minutes away from the airport, 35 minutes from Ft. Myers Beach and 45 minutes from Sanibel Island! This fantastic home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, game room, 2 car garage and HEATED POOL, KIDS SPLASH PAD AND WATER SLIDE!! Home comes stocked with INCREDIBLE accommodations to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. *NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES*

Home includes cable, WiFi, memory foam mattresses, 3 king size beds, pantry supplies, coffee, pots and pans, snacks, and many more! 5 minutes to Pine Island Rd and within a quick minute of dining, shopping and entertainment. The boat loading dock and Strausser BMX Sports complex is a quick 2 minute drive from the house.

We use this home for our own personal getaway several times a year. It has been designed to specifically accommodate guests. The home comes fully furnished and has everything you should need.

Every bedroom contains a memory foam mattress and closet. Every bed also comes with a down alternative, hypo-allergenic comforter. There is a baby monitor and pack and play available as well. We furnish the bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper as we don't want you to have to worry about the essentials! There are hair dryers available in both bathrooms.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent, bleach, iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator/freezer combo with ice machine, oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher (detergent included), plates, dishes, silverware, glassware, plastic cups, pots/pans, cooking utensils, toaster, Tupperware, coffee maker (coffee, creamer and sugar provided), spices, condiments, cooking oils, and select sauces! We even have children's plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and a high chair to accommodate our little Guests!

The living room has a huge 70" LED Smart TV that includes over 140 channels! The TV also offers Netflix, Hulu, Prime video, Disney+, etc with the push of a button for those with a subscription to these platforms. The master bedroom has a 55" smart LED TV with over 140 channels as well! The entire home has blazing fast internet speeds of up to 800 Mbps download speed; perfect for streaming videos and games or just browsing the web!

Separate from the living room is the game room. Game room comes with air hockey, foosball table and an arcade machine. Arcade game features hundreds of classic arcade games including Centipede, Millipede, Tron, Asteroids, Space Invaders, Missile Command, Karate Champ and so many others! There are also several board games available for your use!

The back patio includes exterior seating as well as a BBQ grill with propane and grilling tools provided. You'll truly enjoy the back of the home with the fully functioning pool equipped with electric heat that runs daily at NO EXTRA CHARGE! **We keep the pool set at 83 degrees during the colder months but may not reach that temperature on colder days** Pool goes up to 7 feet deep! We provide pool toys and lawn chairs to give you a chance to bask in the warm Florida sun! There is also a fire pit available for your enjoyment!

There is a surveillance system on the property. There are 6 outdoor cameras which are viewable on the TV in the living room. There is also a Ring doorbell on the front door.

This home has everything you should need and then some! The only thing that is missing, is YOU!

The entire home is yours and check in is a breeze as every reservation gets their own access code to the smart lock on the front door. The 2 car garage is available for your use as well!

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and family friendly! Home is within minutes restaurants, movie theaters and shopping.
