This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
You have a view of the greenery and direct access to the slopes.
The accommodation was refurbished in the summer of 2024, all comforts.
With rocking chair on the terrace, and a modern equipped kitchen.
You have access to two reserved car parks closed by a barrier (badge given with the keys) to park right in front of the residence.

You can also rent the apartment next door (identical configuration) to have two accommodation side by side.
And organise yourself as you want: 1 for children, 1 for parents / 1 for early risers, 1 for night owls ;)

Bonus: locked collective bike/stroller room and private ski locker.

Household linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcase, towels, tea towels, etc.) are not included in the rental. Please bring them with you or rent them at the resort (Oursons laundromat or LocaLingeServices).
Pillows and duvets are provided.

Our animal friends are welcome, we have a dog ourselves (Berger Blanc Suisse).

House rules:
1- Any reservation made for a third party is prohibited. The handing over of the keys will be exclusively to the person identified on the site. The host is entitled to obtain any document to prove the identity of the guests.

Any change of use of the accommodation is also prohibited. The exercise of any trade, profession or industry is prohibited. The host is entitled to cancel any reservation that violates these rules, without notice or refund for the traveller.

2- The tenant acknowledges that the premises are only rented to him as a temporary residence and pleasure. The rental cannot be extended without the prior written consent of the host.

3- Any incident, breakage or damage affecting the accommodation, furniture or equipment must be reported within 12 hours. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be the responsibility of the tenant.

4- Any lost or damaged items must be replaced.

5- Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the accommodation.

6- Your belongings are perfectly safe when the windows are closed and the door locked. The host declines all responsibility and the tenant waives any recourse in the event of theft or damage to the personal property of the guests.

7- The tenant undertakes not to throw anything other than toilet paper down the toilet and not to throw in the sinks, sinks and objects likely to clog the pipes, failing which he will be liable for the costs incurred for the recommissioning of this equipment.

8- The accommodation must be left clean and the basic cleaning carried out (dishes tidy, rubbish bins taken out, floor clean). If this has not been done, an additional charge may be requested.
