This flat house is located above the Kvarner Bay, near Opatija, in the village of Matulji. The simply and comfortably furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. Special features include a garden with lots of greenery and a terrace, which you can access directly from the living room. By car you can quickly reach the beaches of Volosko, Opatija and Icici and the idyllic, 12 km long beach promenade. If you like to have fun on holiday, we recommend Opatija, the city has many restaurants and events throughout the year, with interesting events especially in summer. There is also beautiful nature to discover, visit the islands and the Uka Nature Park.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Matulji. Das Haus und die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Man hat alles was man braucht, Putzmittel, Spühlsachen, Seife, Gewürze, Öle, Trockentücher...Zur Begrüßung gab es schon einen gefüllten Kühlschrank und Leckereien. Auch zwischendurch gab es Nettigkeiten und Gemüse / Obst aus dem eigenen tollen Garten.Frische neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es regelmäßig.Wir haben unsere Zeit als Familie hier sehr genossen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub bei herzlicher Besitzerin // Wonderful vacation with very nice owner

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser sauberen und großzügigen Wohnung. Jeden dritten Tag gab es frische Handtücher und am siebten Tag frische Bettwäsche von der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man in einem Selbstversorger-Urlaub so braucht, von Spül- und Waschmittel über Küchentücher und Kaffeepulver bis hin zu Salz, Zucker und Mehl. Zu der Wohnung gehörte eine sehr schöne und regengeschützte Veranda mit gemütlichen Möbeln und der kleine aber feine Garten mit herrlich vielen Blumen, Liegestühlen, Holywood-Schaukel und Esstisch mit Sonnenschirm. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und großzügig und sie oder ihre Töchter standen bei Fragen hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und ein paar Kilometer vom Meer entfernt, aber mit dem Auto konnte man in wenigen Minuten die Küste in Opatija erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. // Every third day there were fresh towels and on the seventh day fresh bedclothes from the landlady. The apartment had everything you could need on a self-catering holiday, from dish soap and detergent to kitchen towels and coffee powder to salt, sugar and flour. The apartment had a very nice and rain-protected veranda with comfortable furniture and the small but nice garden with lots of flowers, deck chairs, Holywood swings and a dining table with a parasol. The landlady was very nice and generous and she or her daughters were available to answer any questions. The location of the apartment is quiet and a few kilometers from the sea, but by car you could reach the coast in Opatija in a few minutes. We really enjoyed our vacation here and can only recommend the apartment.
