Nos dejaron en la calle

Nos presentamos en la propiedad. Nunca nos abrieron. No nos mandaron la clave. Fue un desastre total. Tratamos de comunicarnos con el dueño también lo hizo Vrbo y nunca contestó. Nos tuvieron horas en el teléfono y no resolvieron nada. Qué clase de anfitriones tienen que son tan irresponsables. Ya era de noche y estábamos con nuestro equipaje en la calle.Afortunadamente tenemos conocidos en la ciudad y uno de ellos nos brindó apoyo y alojamiento por dos días después conseguimos un hotel. Nadie se ha comunicado con nosotros ni de parte de Vrbo ni del dueño. A Vrbo les pedimos la devolución de nuestro dinero y no quisieron. Hemos iniciado una disputa con nuestra tarjeta de crédito. Qué decepción! Nos estropearon nuestro viaje completamente.
