Adjoining the owners' house, this holiday cottage sleeps two and is located in Villaudric, in the heart of the Fronton wine region. You will receive a warm welcome from Elizabeth and Anthony, a charming couple originally from Great Britain. Guests can enjoy the garden and swimming pool, which are shared with the owners. The village of Villaudric is 1 kilometer away (mini-market, hairdresser, bar, restaurant). Things to do and see: Villaudric Castle, vineyards, Fronton (Wine House, shops, cinema), Villemur-sur-Tarn (paddleboard and canoe rentals). Numerous hiking trails are available in the surrounding woods, along the Garonne Lateral Canal, and in the Buzet Forest. Gourmet markets are located in Fronton and Grenade (15 km). Villaudric is halfway between Toulouse (30 km) and Montauban (25 km). Bus and train lines are accessible (12 minutes by car). Moissac Abbey (50-minute drive), Montech and the Pente d'Eau (30 minutes), Albi (1 hour), Saint Antonin and the fortified towns (Bruniquel, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Penne) (1 hour), Animaparc (30 minutes), Saint Sulpice-sur-Tarn and the medieval underground passage (30 minutes), Domaine de Bonrepos-Riquet (discover the history of the canal) (30 minutes) Ground floor: living room (sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table), kitchen (4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, steamer, dishwasher, food processor), hall, shower room/WC (shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, washing machine, towel warmer and tumble dryer).
