Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 280 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and DVD. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. You have access (together with eat-in kitchen) with garden furniture, 2 tables, 15 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds. 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and 1 washbasin.
Upper floor: Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Černý Důl, 750 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is only suitable for families, youth groups are prohibited. The holiday home was furnished in Dutch style and is located in the middle of a small mountain village in the Giant Mountains National Park and near a stream. Parking (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property. Parking at your own risk. In winter: Snow/ice from the roof!! Do not park next to the house. At your own risk.
